[Resolved]  Airtel — Deduction of money from prepaid connection

Address:South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Dear Sir,

I've purchased an Airtel Digital TV set top box with antena on last March, 2011. The monthly package was Rs. 320, after one month we got a sms from the co. that the connection has been disconnected within two days, after two days when the connection got recharged for Rs. 320 we got a message that Rs. 10 has been deducted from your balance . It wasn't understood by us that when Rs.10 has been deducted from the package , the balance of Rs. 310 will be treated as normal balance. As a result the connection got disconnected within 8-10 days after the recharge. Again we've made a recharge of Rs. 100, and at the end of the month again a recharge of Rs.100.
We went to the nearest Airtel Customer Care where they were unable to help, this is happening for the last 5 month, approx .amount of Rs. 450 was paid for the cable connection & I'm not able to watch the TV for the full month.
Now, my question is Did I asked them for giving the service of 2-3 days which is payable?
What is the funda of deducting the money from a prepaid account?
Who have informed the customer that the money is going to be deducted?
Whose responsibility is this to inform the new technology like Digital TV?
Now they are informing all the inner rules & systems, and asking for the set top box & antena which is my property only. No body bothers from the company when we're really in such a trouble, now they are sending several sms thru-out the day and calling several times for the minimum recharge of Rs.150, as we're not recharging our connection from december 2011.
I need the solution for the above matter, please do favour for us.

thanking you,
regards

B.Nandy

Hello,
How much more will you people steal money? Last night at about 9.15 p.m I received a call from a friend at Haldwani. After the call I was deducted Rs.4.50 from my balance. Does also the balance get deducted if i reveive a call ? I Do Not understand the tactics of Airtel, they simply want to steal your money any way they can. i demand an explanation. i am sick & tired of Airtel's attitude and the way they handle issues.
Airtel is just a bunch of crooks, thieves & liars.

Dear Airtel,
No one from airtel has responded as mentioned in the mail below. A very
disgraceful company with very poor customer service.
I wish to bring to attention again that you Airtel people have again stolen
money from me at 8.49 p.m. on the 3 may2011. i had switched off mu phone and
when i switched it on again my balance was deducted again. Please give me all
call details and sms that i have made since May 20, 2011 . you people are
just
stealing money again & again. i do not use internet on my iphone so how can
you
charge me for internet usage and by the way i do not have Mobile office as
you
have mentioned. After stealing you people are even lying
i will complain to higher authorities till you refund me and compensate me
for
all the problems you are causing me.This is mental harassment. I do not have
time to waste with a stupid company like Airtel- don't watt your time and my
time- Airtel is a thief and i will take this matter up seriously.
Don't think that by paying me Rs 50 as compensation will help.. Please refund
me the total amount of money that you have stolen from me. i am taking this
matter up with higher authorities.
How much more disgraceful and shameful can Airtel get and how far can they go
with stealing and lying?

If some one is hell bent on deducting your balance, how many times will you write mails. And its highly impossible for us to keep a tab on our prepaid balance everytime we make a call...

Hi,

Moreover, is it a policy of yours to activate service at your will and charge
