I have Purchase a digital TV on 26th January 2009 at Big Bazaar 129 Belillious Road Sale offer and that was installed at my residence address 215/6 Gulmohar Railway Colony Howrah-1.on 28th January 2009 Purchase Cash Memo No.7422 .Product Serial No.S[protected] But we are facing problem by your product and informed you. But we have many Service request. for solve this problem but not solve till date 23rd August 2009. 1. I got installed airtel dish tv from Amit Enterprises Bathinda through his sub dealer M/S Jindal Enterprises Bibi Wala Road Bthinda on 02 April 2009. At that time the dealer told me that you will get 3 months + 2 months free view time because I have an airtel mobile but after only three months my connection has been suspended.
2. On 11th Oct 2009 I received a phone call from Amit Entrprises in which they told me that you will get free time value Rs 175/- if I got recharge my accout with Rs 250. On 12/10/2009 I got my a/c recharged with Rs 250- but the balance was in my a/c only Rs 289- and there is no facility provided by you upto now i.e. 8 PM 13/10/2009.
Your dealer bluffed me twice and I am frustated with his as well as your services.
