[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Lack Of services | |||
Hello... My name is venkata subba reddy and my customer id is [protected]. i have been using airtel digital tv since oct 2009. since then i am unable to view i tv, my account page and other services...and there is no improvement also..they have been saying that page is being updated...but no improvement.this is the worst dth provider in a.p with less number of news channels and poor customer resposibility...i have requested many times to add new news channels and also dd sapthagiri channel...but there is no response...is it possible to put complaint in consumer court for causing inconvinience...and also the customer care number is not working from bsnl mobile Was this information helpful? | |||

My customer id is [protected] and i had requested for relocation of dish TV on 16/02/2011 which they promised to get it fixed by 17th evening, today its 23/02/11 and nobody has called me back. they had messaged me a number to contact in case problem is not resolved that number is either busy, not responding or switched off which is extremely irritating. i have called on the toll free number several times but after holding for 15-20 mins call drops off. i have lost more money trying to contact them than my 3 months subscription fee which is ridiculous. i highly recommend not to but dish TV connection due to horrible customer services.

I had purchased 32" Sony Bravia LCD before one week and after contacting several time to customer care on phone you people are not able to install Digital TV at my home (Junagadh, Pin 362001). Every time I had been diverted to different process to contact the dealer of Airtel Digital TV and asked for the installation.I had also tried for that and got replied that they do not have stock of HD TV. very ironic !!!
I have experienced very poor service from AirTel and it seems lack of networking and alignment in technical as well as sales team from Airtel Digital TV even before it yet to be installed. Eye sores for team Airtel way to go friends...
