[Resolved]  Airtel Friends Chat — without my permission cutting amount in my mobile rs.30 to friends chat

My airtel no.[protected]. Use on 2006. This is post paid no. But months few i am chang postpaid to prepaid. But not raseved my securti desposit refund from my self.pls send my money

i have been using Airtel no. for a year, nearly. On 3-2-09 at 8 p.m., with out my consent airtel people gave me the "chat id 9050710, dial no.543216". In this regard a message arrived from 543216. And Rs.30 had been cut from my balance.
Is this the way to behave with the customers? I don't want this friends Chat. My mobile no is [protected]. So please see that deactivate this friends chat and not to cut my balance further for friends chat.
Otherwise i have to sue the consumer court in this regard.

airtel is big network bt i dont know how they are doing tis kinds mistakes ..this is something like mama vellai...evan numberukhoo doal p[anni...and they will connect...i lost my money i wont pay this amount unless they reduce...

i have been gettting from past few days messages from a number starting with 543216..., i think these messages are sent by someone using mobile chat service of airtel, this is absolute harrassment as the msgs are from unknown person and they come at night at very unusual time. is there any way by which i can track the person down or i can block him from sending the messages? please someone help!!!

The same thing happened to me on Wednesday 16th August 2009 at 11 pm. I was charged even though I never subscribed for this FRIENDS CHAT service. My mobile number is [protected] . Please deactivate and return me the refund to my account. Its illegal to charge someone without their consent.

I have had a same experience - I am getting messages from[protected] Airtel is sucking off now.

i have been using Airtel number for 5 years. On 05-12-09 without my consent airtel charged Rs.20 for friendschat.and also cut moeny for joke.I don't want this friends Chat.

i have to sure the consumer court in this regard.
