i have been using Airtel no. for a year, nearly. On 8-1-10 at 11am., with out my consent airtel people gave me the "chat id & dial no. In this regard a message arrived from 543216. And Rs.30 had been cut from my balance.

They itself activating & charging the amount . I[censored] show no care towards their attitude they vil charge continuously .
Please do necessary action to prevent this theft from happening again and again

My mobile No is [protected] & I am availing prepaid service.
Iregret to complin that you are(airtel) deducting Rs 30/- every month towards subscription which I am unable to understand.(Airtel radio) I have never demanded for any such service.
Inspite of complaining for this on your customer service No 121 every week, the same is being deducted.but customer care people are useless and avoiding customer compliant. It was deeply highly irresponsible,
since there was difference answers between the customer care executive itself .
Please look into the matter & stop deducting the amount every month. For any clarity you may call me on the above phone or through email.

Otherwise i have to sue the consumer court in this regard. And I Talked With Ahmed After Filling The Balance And He Deactivate My Service And After End up The Call ...I Rcvd Two Msg.. I For the deactivation And Other For The Deduction Of 20Rs Again ...And Now Unable To call to CU care Bcoz Its Not Toll free now..

If somebody want to join from airtel friends chat then he/she can disable this service using this method...
1.first type *121# in ur dailing space
2.then send this message
3. after few second u will get an alert.
4. then u have to only follow the instrictions given in that message
... that's all...
i think u should use this...

even the same thing is happening with me from last 3 to 4 months...unnecessarily 30rs are being cut from my balance...and this time i am going sue this airtel customer care fellows for this...

Hey guyz, not only AIRTEL, but also other networks r doing the same..Itz totally a bull- dat AIRTEL is doing such types of cheap things to earn money.AIRTEL-losers...

I have been using Airtel Prepaid for last 8 years. But for the last few months i am getting trouble my airtel service becuase they are cutting Rs. 30/- per month as charges for airtel friendz chat service which i never subscribed. For the last 2 months I am giving messages to stop this service, but all efforts in vein. I am requesting to stop this service immediately, otherwise i have no other option just to go to court of law for redressal of my complaint.

AIRTEL fooling to me, NO ONE FRAUD NECER I HAVE SEEN ANY OTHER MOBILE SERVICE, AIRTEL CHEETING TO ME EVERY TIME, I ADVICE TO ALL PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL,
