[Resolved]  Airtel Gujarat — Wrongly charged

respected sir,

I am amit dungrani using the airtel connection [protected] from last 2 and half year and this card is on the name of my friend who is now abroad. on last month 12th nov. i had given a request to change the bill plan and also confirmed that all my services which was activated in my account will continue and they told me that surely your all services will be continue but when i had called up to customer care on last day meand on 9th december the executive told me that your SMS scheme is deactivated from last 13th and when i had given a complain then they people told me that we are not giving you commitment that your wrong charges will diducted from your bill or not and also told me that your old scheme will not be activated again.

Even though i had not given any concern to deactivate the scheme they had deactivated it and i am wrongly charged for that and also i will not get any reward and even will not get again my scheme of sms.

i hope you will provide me resolution and if possible then pease give me MAIL ID of central head of gujarat circle of bharti cellular.

Air Tel Prepaid — VAS IS WRONGLY CHARGED

Is air tel is cheating customers? i have prepaid card [protected].one day suddely i started to get rs.3 is debited for VAS downloading which i have not done anything.called to 121 but got message there is no such services is activated in ur mobile but debit entry is going on and i have to stop connection and opt for other services.
Be careful,cheating starts like this,one fine day u will get a message i[censored] view that message then u r getting debited,u can not do anything and no use to send stop message to 121

can airtell or anybody sugest me how to stop this?

[protected] my balence is cut by airtel live .i have received a message from on 64611030 on dated 10/9/09 time 04:40pm my balance' was 50.00 after which i was left with only 18.75p this messeg is {{thanks for using (life_pack, Subscription)subscripation service on Airtel WAP. You have been charge Rs 30. Enjoy http://gclube.in}} sir i have not subscribed for any service and the amount is wrongly charged so i request you to plz look ito this matter and kindly refund my money back.

I am a customer of Airtel prepaid in Gujarat. I doubt my phonecalls are being recorded by some source. I am totally dsiturbed by this behavior of someone. Kindly give me a feedback as to how to track this and proceed legally against this act.

Airtel — Airtel Wrongly charged continuously from past 3 months

Airtel is earning in corers by making fool to innocent customers, i am using 98 rs Internet plan wher i can download or access 2 gb of data. but from past 3 months they continuously charge 60 to 80 rs everytime. They accepted that they hav some fault with their Airtel Live and mobile office service. they charged ,me more than 20 to 25 times for downloading pictures and videos and when i called them then they gave me the refund. but now their agents are very much rude and illliterate dont know any manners. they straight away d/c calls. give wrong commitment like "haan sir aap phone rakhiye refund mil jayega" then they disconnect the phone.
I suffred like a hell and i m thinking for those customers who dont knw for wat they have been charged for
really i beg u guys plz stop airtel or any service provider who charge the customers wrongly....today i called up 12 times for the refund n they d/c my phone 7 times........i had 0 balance and i am suffreing from asthama. i was not able to call my parents as i had no balance , today i suffred alot
n i am cursing , dat one will surely cum wen all these betray stop.
Airtel pls maintain some customer service n plz dont charge wrongly to our indian poor customers who dont for they have been charged for

Airtel — Wrongly charging prepaid for last one month

It seems to be a big fraud going on with Airtel prepaid services. Looks like randomly prepaid no. are selected and charged is deducted in name of Value Added Services. To me, despite complaining several times, charge is getting deducted from last one month. I have lost more than Rs 2000 in such fraudulent charging.
When you put complaint, customer service person will say, it will be taken care of in next 3 days and after 3 days you will get a call ..you will be asked the issue again..and same promise of restoring it in 3 days is repeated. In the meantime your charge will keep on deducting in name of Value Added Service.
And the best part is, even my phone is not compatible to have Aitel Live Browser services, Airtel is charging me for the same. Giving different reasons ..Airtel will keep eating you money... thanks to no. portability ..I can very well see Airtel getting doomed ver soon.
hi i m tushar from ahmedabad.i want to take a new connection of airtel postpaid connection for me and my family members.can anyone tell me that cug plans available for that.from somewhere i here that 43 rental plan is available in airtel.so please guide me in this matter.i want to take atleast 10 connections for that.reply soon on [protected]@rediffmail.com
