i agree... the customercare dipt is very bad... i searched for their email id and couldn't find anywhere. i had complain regarding charging me with late fee even though i paid on time.. and this is hapening second time.. if it is not fraud then what is it.. if any customer pays without looking at their bill then they will surely be duped
