[Resolved]  Airtel — Balance not credited

Dear Sir,

I have done online recharge on[protected] at 11.15 am on the mobile number [protected], I have recharged through online many time but my last time recharge is not successful but the Airtel company debited my account with Rs. 100/- only. So, Sir please help to either get the money back in my account or done the recharge to my account. Following are the information :

My Bank name : Oriental Bank of Commerce, Salkia branch, Howrah

The transaction number :[protected]
My airtel number in which I have done recharge : [protected]
My contact number is : [protected]

So sir please take an urgent action as soon as possible.

i got an sms from Airtel that if I recharge with 103 rs I'll get 93 rs as main account balance and 25 local minutes for calling.They assured me that i'll get that free minutes within 24hrs .But they are not credited.When I complained, the company executive told me that there was no such sms sent on your number.
i am O.P Mathur.my number is [protected].its a prepaid connection.on 10th november 2010,i have recharged my number by 300Rs at around 10:30am.then message came on my number that recharge was succesful my transaction ID is[protected] ,but not a single penny was credited till now.when i called customer care they told we cant help u.we dont know.this kind of service from such a reputed company was not at all appericiated.please do the needful as soon as possible.my alternate number is [protected]

Dear sir,

I have taken 2 no. of Airtel from local delar on 30.11.2010 ( Nos.are [protected] & [protected] ) & as per system of co. he told me that ist month i get & Rs.20 TT & get the same. Also told me i will get in 2nd month Rs. 30 & 3rd month Rs.40/-. But till now ( 17.01.2011 ) i am not getting Rs.30/- TT ( 2nd month ) for both nos. When i connected with customer care officer today , 1st person checked the system & told me he is taking my complain & get feedback to me. In that time line was disconnect & reconnect once again but 2nd officer surprisingly told me after seeing his system that they have been already credited 2nd month TT in both the nos.& 3rd one will given. I am really socked with Airtel cus care officer beacuse i never seen Rs.30 TT for a single moment , also how can he confirmed me such things as 1st person of same organisation saying another.

This is totaly unexpected things from big service provider like Airtel.

Pls look into the matter seriously & credit my 2nd term TT asap.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

My name is Arvind Kumar, I have purchaged a new airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) on 21st of March 2011. and then i have reacharged it with Rs. 160 for 480 minuts.
I got a sms that i have succesfully reacharged my mobile no. with Rs.4.50 transaction id for this transaction was 7573560. But i did'nt get my 480 minuts. That is why i am facing problem. I called many time to customer care they told me that my problem will resolved till 23rd of march 2011. but it was not solved . Again i called to customer care , they told me that my problem will resolved till 24th march evening.
But i am still waiting for my Balance.
Kindly help me.

Hi i have recharged my airtel no d days back as i was given a notification that i[censored]'ll recharge by Rs 25 u'll get full talktime Rs 19 now and rest within 48 hrs..
I got recharge by Rs 25 twice..so that means that I shoud get Rs 11 witing 48 hrs but i havnt got anything. I compalined airtel people yesterdy and they gave me a complain no CBNRA[protected]... i was told that within a day i will get the balacne..but i hvnt got d balance yet..n whn i complained the customer care..they disocnnect the call...n that too 3 times...
airtel services really sucks..
i told them to connect me to senious person..but they disconnected call again..
isnt it rubbish..dat v r wasting our time with ur stupid service ...dear mr sunil mittal...if you cant provide good services to customers how can u progrss...u r just wasting ur money on advertisemts and making airtel tunes...n not at all concerned bt customers...by having such a stupid customer care executives who dont knw hw to speak english n evn they disconnect ur call...if this continues..
it wont b late wen ur airlel vil sink like titanic

Still I have not get my money refund
Sir, I have only received a sum of Rs. 50...not the full
I Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, Mobile # [protected] recharged with rupees 19 (Night Balance) but I wasn't credited with amount of Rs. 100(Night Minutes). The retailer got the message that Recharge is Successful but I din't receive the call & I called the customer care, he was speaking in Telugu, I asked him to speak in English but he disconnected the call.

I want the amount to be credited to me asap.
And I am very unhappy with the Customer Service.
