[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — Airtel Land Line Phone Complaints - After booking new connection is not installed yet

This mail is regarding airtel Land line phone with both net connection and landline.
Person from documentation dept came from Airtel and He booked new connection before four days back From my Residence-H.No 1032 sector 21-c Faridabad.Conection was booked in favour of Saket Budakoti.We received a call from customer care that which number i wanted and they gave us a number and after that nobody has turned up for installation .
can you just give us some idea when we can get this service
i think Airtel service is too slow for connecting new people or you have no time for customers. I had given 1000 cash to Mr Surjit one of Airtel representative but Airtel Land Line Phone still has not been installed.Please take the appropriate action as soon as possible.

please note my telephone is not working my tel no is[protected], please do the needful & oblidge.
i have a airtel landline phone.[protected] this one is my number.
it is disconnected.i wanna know hwy is that so.
cause all my bills are paid. then also it is not working.
We have Tel no [protected] At our pitampura office is not working for last 6 hours. Also the broadband is also not working.
Pl do the needful at your end.

Airtel Landline — DISCONNECTION OF PHONE

I had paid my bill for Rs 418/-on 14th october 2009. I again receiveed a bill on 4th november 2009
for Rs 500/- The total amounts to Rs 900/-
Since then you have disconnected my phone. I cannot make any outgoing calls. Please look into the matter immediately . I would like response at the earliest.

Airtel Landline — not received bill

this is my first month of landline connection, along with 799 unlimited broad band connection. I got a message on my mob on 10/11/09 stating that ur bill has been generated on 06/11/09 due is 331/- due on 26/11/09. its already 18/11/09. Still now no bill reached me. I never used the phone much for such an amount to generate.If I never received the bill I will never pay the bill. I never deleted the msg from my mob.

arrange to send detail bill before due date.

my phone no: 45701586 is dead since 8 day its a days after its is being installed. I have also complaint about this to the local airtel guy who actually installed it. But its seems airtel has earned a lot so they have now stopped hearing any of their customer.

If possibel can anyone please look into this issue ASAP

my airtel landline no is [protected] en i've taken the connection for de past one and half month only and about 7 to 8 times ma line gone dead and because of tat i con use ma broadband conn conti...now have decided to shift ma conn to some other network than airtel...no proper response for custemers complaint...
My case is even worse...
About 3 weeks ago one of them called me and asked if i wanted to install airtel phone.
i asked them to come on sunday.
nobody turned up.
after 2 days they again called me and asked . i again called them on sunday
then again nobody turned up.
after that i asked one of my friends(who was having an airtel connection) to call the customer care and request them for a new connection at my place
they said ok and 3 days after that they called me and asked if any of the representative approached you or not
i said no
they told me that someone will contact me in 1 or 2 days
it's 2 weeks now and no one came.
i am very dissatisfied now and i am now approaching the idea landline

in every month my bill will come in more amonut so i wz paid it .i was didnt even check it out .
