I am a customer of PMPL broadband since last 2 months...I have taken connection from my local cable operator INPL or something..My plan is jet classic worth rupees 400 per month and tax extra...but they are taking 500 from me every month...100 rupees is not tax for 400 rupees plan...help me as soon as possible. i lives in burdwan district .. i had taken a meghbela broadband connection my owner takes 520 rs for jet starter whose price is 300 and when i recharge with rs 400 for jet classic my owner takes 750 for recharge pls sir solve my problem... contact me [protected] and my email is [protected]@gmail.com

    My user Id id rcn_udsing. I have been using your PMPL Meghbela since last 2 years and i had always got slow speed. Right now i am paying 500 rs and i am getting actual download speed of 12-15 Kbps. I tried using Internet download Manager but nothing helps. I troubleshoot every available option on Internet but Nothing helps. In ping request of 172.17.1.1 it always show loss of 8-10 percent!!. I got into touch with my cable Internet provider but as usual he is HELPLESS.

      I am a customer of PMPL broadband since 3 months, I was using torrent with much seeds and at a speed o[censored]p to 2 mbps and sometime 10 mbps. My package is N1_jet silver economy, from 16th may suddenly my torrent download speed came down to 50-60kBps on high seeding torrent. I don't know why this is happening, I changed my torrent client, I unplug and then replug the LAN cable but nothing happens please fix this problem ASAP. Thankyou.

        Speed problem

        My net works very slow, downloading and surfing speeds are very slow. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is the worst.

          I have fill up the form for new connection to the local cable operator and still waiting for connection for last 4 weeks. The operator is telling that the connection boy named "Manu (M- [protected]) is very busy for his company i.e. Meghbela Broadband is using him as a only man for a vary large zone so we all have to face the problem.             recently i take a home plane new wlu256. as mansion in's speed reach 256kbps... but only 1st day i got 256kbps speed... i m really happy when a 5gb file download in half an hour.. but after 2nd day its speed really getting bad... only 5mp file take 15min to download... please improve this problem.. as its spoil many work... its hampering all my impotent works...i m from howrah..

              Using the network connection from 2007.till the date i never found a good service.They serve the slowest internet speed ever i used...whenever i called their customer care they said that it happened for my computer problem and now when i have update everything they said still this is for my computer problem.where as i was fade up for the speed and stopped to renew the so. but when i renewd the connection after 5 months they took Rs. 500 extra charge.i gave it to think for the better connection but agin i am cheated by them...
              I need alll my money back

                I am a customer of MeghBela Broadband (PMPL). Day by Day I faced same problem. Facebook can't open and many of the websites can't open. Its' show Error 324 error and amny serer errors.
                I complained many time but they can't solve this problem and 24*7 land no. most of the time can't working. And their service is very very bad.

                  Guys I am here not to post any complain about MEGHBELA BROADBAND....bcoz it gives me mind blowing speed...any time....upto 10MBps....I Am Happy With That....I[censored] Don't Get Better speed then check ur Conection Wires..if there is any cut off, hole on the wires then ur speed go down.....& please personally ask the technicial of the broadband that how can u get better speed...then he should tell u the secret...I also Got It....

                    Sir,
                    I am using Meghbela Broadband with N1_Jet Silver Economy plan [speed:512kbps Rs 550] but from the first day of my connection I am not getting more than 75kbps speed. When I talk to providers they said it is the normal speed for this line but before taking this plan thay said in this plan I will get download speed more than 150kbps.
                    Try to download only torrent files then you will get minimum 1.3mbps and maximum 9.5mbps im also using meghbela pmpl connection..

                      I have been a customer of Airtel Meghbela Internet since July 2009 (User Id: soma_bccn) under the BCCN cable networking agency at Nonachandanpukur, Barrackpore. Initially the service rendered by them was absolutely satisfactory. Now since last 6 months, the service provided by both the agencies i.e at Meghbela Customer service ([protected]) and BCCN cable network ([protected]) is unsatisfactory. At times BCCN cable network is not recharging the package inspite of repeated calls. It is matter of fact that my accumulated balance of about 300 MB in the package had expired due to their fault. This was intimated to Meghbela customer service, but of no avail. The complains lodged at Meghbela customer service is not giving any complain number. In this regard, I would like to bring to your notice that a complain was lodged at Meghbela customer for slow internet on 15 Sep 2011 at about 2000 hrs. Niether any complain number was given nor any body has attended to it.

                      You are therefore requested to initiate action against the defaulters not caring for the customers.

                      Disconnect connections willingly

                      When i am using my connection in router it gets slow. i changed my router sti having the same problem. no where it was written at the time of taking connection hat i cannot use it in router.

                      poor download speed and page opening speed

                      i complained many times regarding this matter but my problem is still going on..please help me

                        Sir,

                        I am getting wired broadband connection from Meghbela Broadband(www.meghbelabroadband.com) via NETCOM (local cable operator).
                        My connection details: JET Zoom -- 300 Kbps -- upto 2 mbps (12A.M.-8A.M.) -- Unlimited -- 30 Days -- 490/-+tax.

                        Morning time, evening time I get ~250Kpbs. No problem.
                        But from 9pm onward the speed decrease dramatically. In a ping test to google "ping google.co.in -t",
                        I found 30% packet loss in 30min ping duration. !!!
                        This becomes a regular problem, now a days ---- and compelled me to write here.
                        Being a system administrator, I do not understand the explanation of the technical people -- they just says "we will solve it".

                        This is going on at least from the last 3months+.

                          I am using Meghbela Broadband's service from April 2008 till date. From the first day I could not able to download from Rapidshare.com. Every time I talked to their Help desk (??? help less ??? no answer ???), they asked me to send email to their senior network technician Mr. Soumen. I did, and after 2 days my problem solved. After every 1/2 months it happened and used to send emails regularly. But, for last 3 months I was unable to download from rapidshare / hotfile / megaupload etc. One day I told their help desk person that how an ISP can prevent users from downloading from above mentioned sites. He was speechless and when I told that I am going to Consumer Court then he said that they have no problem. The local operator also asked me that if I want I can leave their connection, they do not bother because they have a lot of customers.

                          My question is how an ISP like Meghbela Broadband who is increasing their no of customers every day in and around Kolkata, can make the customers fool for such a long time with their useless technicians.

                          I also using meghbela broadband in kestopur for the last 8 months. Not a single days was there that I have not faced any problem. Every day different types of problem arises. lastly I throw out the connection...Now i am relax.

                            My user Id is de_aastha.I was not having connection for last 10- 12 days before my renewal which took place on 13.5.2010.

                            Connection was restored on 14.5.2010.Again on 16.5.2010 @ 12:30 a.m,connection was disconnected & it has not yet come.

                            When I called up Aastha helpline yesterday @ 20:00 hrs,one man named Rana (@ [protected]) told me that it will be done tomorrow.when I enquired further he told me misbehaved by uttering abusive languages & told me that he will not send the concerned person tomorrow for reparing.

                            This kind of service is being provided to us at narayanpur Area.If required, you can verify some more customers @ Narayanpur.You can also contact Mr. Anupam (@ [protected]) who knows the case details.Our operator Mr. Sandip was not traceable (in phone since last 12-15 days)

                            I would request you to take necessary & stringent action against these kind of staffs.One compalint would be fwded to CONSUMER FORUM,shortly.

                            Would request you to pls provide us justice.

                              I am a freelancer from Kolkata, India and an unsatisfied customer of M/s Meghbala Broadband services. I am using Mobile Office Dial up services of Airtel from last 4 years but have never faced any problem till today though the rates of Mobile Office got slashed to 20% of its original rate of before. I am interested to know the professional relation between Bharti Airtel and Meghabala Broadband services. As per the Ip check up from http://whatismyipaddress.com it shows that I have assigned to a static Ip from Megbala but shows a Suspected Network Sharing Device error in Proxy check while in the check up of Speedtest.net it shows the server hosted from .com.bd (Dhaka) geo location Hosting and for that reasons few sites that restricts the geo searching does not allow to access the pages which are easily accessed by the Mobile Office dail up connection. Am confused how can it happens with a service provider who provides both the Dail up connection and Broadband serivices. Can you mail me the details @ [protected]@yahoo.in with the details please? I am fed up with the services of Meghbala as they needs 10 hours to detect the cable fault and to change the cable and during that time the customer service support has no behaviour to attend the clients and only say that the responds as per feedback from the technician on site. Is this reply satisfactory? Hope will have the detail reply from Mr. Rajes Kumar from the Airtel Customer services team.
                              Subject :- Unable to access my net connection since 11/06/2011 (Saturday)

                              I am user services of Meghbala id :- bhotika_sl is having your internet subscription for about an year. During the course I had faced many times de-link / unable to get connected – but it used to get solved in due course of time.


                              But now the situation is very different and I am not at all satisfied with the subscription. Though, I may be a very small customer/user for you but I would like to mention that I am not getting service from your end at all. The situation is – Since 11/06/2011 Saturday I got disconnected and for the same I complained to the provided call center, your technician also visited to attend the complain on Sunday i.e. 12/06/2011 and assured me that the problem will be rectified by Monday 13/06/2011. But since then I am being fooling around by calling your call center people and false feedback regarding the rectification of the connection.

                              Therefore, I am planning to switch my service provider soon.

                              Torrent speed slow

                              I am using Meghbela broadband user id Sounabh_ww sice last 2 years i was getting high speed upto 9 mbps when I downloaded Good seeded torrents but from today i am not even getting 200 kbps speed please look into this.
