Hi, my name is Parvez. and my no is [protected] I am facing the same issue. That I am not able to send any SMS. Also, I checked Sms service center no.
I am sajed from aurangabad maharashtra my having 2airtel sim since last 6 year there was no issue till now but from 6month we are having many problems of network
Not connecting the call not receiving the call cannot sent the messages even the company message what we do tell us we even cannot send the port message as well

matter - my self sunil from Bangalore, past 4years i am using air tel network but not getting any message to this mobile -[protected] regarding this compliant have communicate with r, t nagar branch and indranagar 1st stage branch but they people not responding to customer, i feel u people worst service give to customer care, for same issue i am spoken with managers they also not taken any action to customer care, so final i hate air tel service and is case i[censored] solve the problem means, u people will great or wast of people and wast of network
get it as soon as possible

Hey guys after tried all methods finally i found the solution .
Open you message ->go to msg setting-> look for SMS service center-> enter the number "[protected]" than say okay and reopen your msging app..
It worked for me😊

My no. [protected], i have upgrade it to 4G sim on Wednesday(27Sep 2017), but since than my SMS has been blocked. I am still not able to send/receive SMS. I already called many time to 121 and sent email to 121 but no updates. Can someone please look into it urgently since i am not able to receive even OTP for online transaction.
