According to airtel mobile rules, if u r not availing the facility of sms sending for continuously 3 months, ur sms outgoing service would b3 barred.
Just call to customer care and say to executive to activate it again. If u r unable to contact to executive in any case, just mail to 121@airtel.com and register ur complaint. Ur problem would be sloved within day.

my mobile number is [protected]( airtel network). from my mobile the sms wont be send even i have main balance also. always i get sms sent failed. this was a major issue with my mobile number

Hi I am Varatharaju from Tamilnadu. I am using airtel network for around 13 years. Until recently the 3 g network of airtel is working perfect in my lava handset. But for the past six months it iwas not connect in 3g instead in 2g. If I enable 3 g even the signal cut off. I made complaint with customer care. They told to change Sim card. I did it. But same problem. Again I told customer care. They told check with different handset. I did it but same problem continues. The airtel person not respond. Finally I told to port my number. Now the SMS from my number not going. I am unable to port my number. In between they told change the plan for proper connection. I even do it but in vein. I am paying for non utilized service. The worst service and customer support by airtel.

Ported to karnataka. Sms sending failing. My no. [protected]
SMS outgoing service is not working since I got 4g sim. 4 to 5 times complained with costumer care service but they are unable to solve it. They use to say we will do our best to solve the issue within 24 hours but 24 hours neverending. Twice approach to Airtel store and they change the sim again but problem still existing.
I am using Airtel 4g SIM card on my iOS device but I am unable to send sms messages, I have recently changed my sim from verified Airtel store after that I am facing this problem.
How can I fix it, I don’t have so much time to visit Airtel store rapidly. So, please give me some solutions to solve my problem as soon as possible.
