Airtel — Network Problem

Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.

In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

dear sir /madam
as i am aairtel prepaid card user since from 5-6 yearsthe number is [protected] and named as pandurang phatak.having the very serius network problem. i alredy complained twice through mail and called custemar care N number of time but no satisfactory action is taken.but the main thing is that in the prime area like andheri there we are facing like this problem then wat we expect from u interiar and area afected is as below

Airtel — No n/w availabilty for 2 days in the complete area

Hello

Could you pl. look into the issue why on 15-12-09 & 16-12-09 there was no connectivity available from the entire D-Block area and that in future we don't undergo such issue and also why customer support were acting ignorant and arrogant to complaints.

I would like to have the RCA for the issue and who is responsible for the loss we incured during the connectivity was not available to us. Since the mobiles have become the lifeline of the city could you pl. explain how a person in distress/trouble would have got in touch in a situation like this where he cannot call from his mobile while he is at his home.

Till date nobody has taken the courage to call us to know if the services are OK if you think this the kind of services you expect from a professional company like Bharti I must say there is a need for a change of people taking care of the services.

The support has not given a proper answer and to further add to our miseries they SMS at 11:35p.m(in the NIGHT) for satisfaction survey even without solving the issue.

AirTel — NETWORK ISSUE - 4 YEARS

I am using an AIRTEL connection number is [protected] for last 4 years. I am extreamlly disappointed by the behaviour of the AIRTEL officials. HAve send emails to the NODAL Officers so many times that i have left the track also. Customer care takes the complaints from us and forward to the concerned department, then we get the call from the Network department and thay always say will revert in next 24-48 hours but everytime i end up the issue beacuse of frustration.

Now things are going out of controle the problem still remains the same, the current reference number given to me by the customer care is 30270518.

Now its high time the AIRTEL officials should face the brunt of it, everytime the call gets disconneted we need to make a call again and who is benefited here no one else but AITREL.

I really want to take up very strongly this time and i DEMAND a compensation for whatever problem that i faced for such a long time.

i had activated 89rs gprs plan...for 5-6 days its work properly but now its connected when i go on terrace...bun when iam in house{kandivali(w)}its not working...!!!so plz slove the netwrk problem
For the Past 3 years I m using Airtel...the worst network coverage in my area (Ramanaickenpalayam) Attur Salem- 636108. I Complained so many times about the problem..but there is no response from the network providers.. They cheat Especially Villagers..
I am using Airtel services from last 7 years but from last six months all of my airtel no. is not working properly the call get disconnected many time during the conversation and when i complaint about this they said we are doing to get solution for this. its almost 7 months but still not get the solutions from airtel and still they are charging me for those call which get dropped during the call. I hope the department will take an immediate action in this regard because its not only me who is suffering from the same many more user also having the same problem. I am using artial card they 2 time without my request seat the hello tone and cut my balance and song like not able hearing anybody .1st time seat hello tone i was informed them but they not stop that they againe seat and i loss my balance so please you find best way

This is a complaint to the CEO of airtel. since last 3 months there is a network problem in my mobile and my number is [protected]. because of network prob i have changed my handset 2 times but there is still same network problem in my new handset also. i have complained in customer care but they didnt response and just give some days time n then too the problem didnt be solved yet.

so i wanted the help from u and look to the matter as strictly as possible.

Because of network problem in airtel not any call receiving & there is showing only 1 network while talking someone & then automatically disconnecting there is no tower showing on my cell i have change 3-4 cell also please do needdful & urgently.


Since last month i m facing the network problem in my mobile.
I am using airtel network & i have complaint about this to the,

I have complaints on 8th feb still i not get reply from you my network problem is still i m facing the same problem & my balance is deducting rs 30 i want it back & i have complaint in customer care 3-4 times it charging me for call also 50 paise i want my money back & please solve the problem of my network .

for network problem i m not receiving single call in a day please solve my problem immediately otherwise i have to take action for bhartiairtel CEO.

If you cannot do it needful give me bhartiairtel CEO name & emaild ,contact no i will talk to him directly if you have not to give a customer services.

I'm in eruvadi.it is in tirunelveli district i can't get signalinside my house if i've to call and i've to come out of my house.please take any action In my place more than 10000 peoples are using airtel

I am get tired to all times i am complainting for my network problem you are not respondind properly & from your customer care services so please provide me your CEO contacts no & emaild id & name.

I am charging for calling customer care also 121 it is toll free then also i m charging me .50ps 3mins please give me refund rs 20 i have deducted on 8th febraury still you are not responding i will complaint to your h.o & your CEO.

Any kind of problem is there you not resoponding or calling & solving my problem i am stupid or wht? complainting again an again many times still you are no solving my problem.

Other wise i have to take a serious action for your services & i am not receiving incoming call because of network problem while calling me it showing to opp person that the destination you have calling is not available or it out of coverage any reason it showing so please do it needful & urgently reply me.
