Airtel — Network Problem

Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.

In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

I am Navin. I am using airtel since last 4 years but now i boared with geting bad network problem. somany time i call customer service & tell to my problem but they always tell yes sir we take care about this problem, but no one can done serious work, they always tell sir ur complaints is not written there. so if any one can solve this problem then pls do something.
Dear Airtel team,
I bought a new connection of Airtel 5 days ago and since then I am continuously getting network problem, to the caller it gives a message of switched off due to which I missed many officials and personnel calls.
I thought Airtel is one of the prestigious company in the telecommunication world and that’s why I opted for the airtel connection.
But now with in 7 days I lost all my faith and trust from this company and I don’t want to continue with this company anymore.

My no. is [protected], i have been experiencing network problems since last one year.
i get no network in my office, which is at bhandari street, masjid bunder.
i have been a very nice airtel customer and pay my bills on time, but i feel since the day airtel had fire at its main ofice, the network has deteriorated. currently i have call forwarded all calls to my reliance mobile
due to this, and i am paying unnecassirily for that.
please look into the matter seriously, since i am not the only one, and may be u end up loosing lots of valuable customers.

I am Airtel customer. Befour 15 days ago my network was very disturbe then i not connected to the Internet. And the Problem was steel. So i requist to my Opearater kindly solve my Problem. My location is :- (Vill - Jamalchak. P.O. - Barati. P.S. - Debra. Dist. - Paschim Medinipur. West Bengal. Pin - 721136) My loxcatewsd Tower is (Ratulia-C, Lowada-B and other)
I am using Airtel Connection..I am facing a problem of weak network at my residence in salt lake..When I complained about the same to Airtel via email they have sent us this reply :

Dear Sir,

Warm Greeting From Airtel!!

We are very much eager to solve the network issue at your residence for which we require your support for instalation of indoor repeater at your residence, without indoor repeater the complete eradication of the network issue is not possible,
Your support required.

"If you need any further assistance please feel free to get back to us, we will be more than happy to assist you further.
Thank you and have a nice day."

Now, i won't allow them to install the indoor repeater in my house due to personal reasons..does that imply i would face this problem throughout life?
I am in nepal since june.please activate international roaming on mobile no. [protected].
I am resident of Vasai. when am at home or near to my building i couldnt find a network this problem facing from last 3 to 4 months; because of this i am not able to attend my calls. Request you to pls look this matter on priority.

i would be very grateful of you this matter solves asap.

pls let me know anything required from side, also let me know if any issue.

Sir we are here almost morethen 2000 airtel users near our village and we never get proper signal, just simply we are holding the mobiles, we unable to use your service..

So many times we are complind to u r officers, but till today we have nt got any proper responce, finaly we are thought to write here,

I am facing problem with my airtel sim card

Airtel — Network issue for past 6 months

I have been facing network connectivity issues in my house for the past 6 months. I have given 4 complaint number(s) and have called numerous times to enquire about the resolution for this issue and every time Airtel calls back to check if the issue is fixed and when I say "No" they tell me the network team is working on this.

This has been going on Since January of this year and I have missed a lot of crucial appointments due to this. Whenever I call the helpdesk, all they say is I will leave a note on the complaint form and the concerned team will work on it.

I don’t know if anyone is working on this issue or not however I don’t think a network connectivity issue in a single place for the past 6 months is acceptable. I don’t know if this is how other consumers of Airtel are treated.

Please note that all of these refer to the same issue and the issue is still open with no resolution. The customer care executives are not bothered if this is closed or not and when i request for someone to come home to check the network connectivity with their device, Airtel says they do not do this. I had the same issue when I came to Bangalore initially in 2005 and someone from Airtel came over to check the network connectivity. Now they are not bothered.

I don’t know if anyone can help me, but i am sure there are other consumers who can relate to the pain i am going through.
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is to bring to your information that Airtel network is having problem since for the last 3-4 days in our location i.e., NDPL Office SSI Indl. Area behind GTK Bus Depot Delhi 110033. All incoming calls have been coming unreachable. Along with, outgoing calls are also not connecting. All employess in our office having Airtel connection facing the same problem. Prior network used to be functioning all right.
As Airtel is the CUG service provider in NDPL. So it is seriously hampering our official work.
So it is requested you to Pl look into the problem and resolve it urgently.

i had complain lot of times to your coustmer care in 121 but they are unable to provide any solution(compain no.29251496,[protected],[protected],[protected].mr.avik of vision cell of your dobson road,howrah branch had sugested to disclose all my number,should i move with diconection with my all three number.i must tell you you will loose more tha fourty numbers.
i do the needful step or i had to transfer all my numbers to VODAFONE as they had put a network antina inside my office.

Airtel — incomplete information causing inconvenience

i received a msg from airtel company telling me about an offer of a recharge of Rs98 which will lower my calling tariffs but nowhere they mentioned that my present schemes on the phone will be removed when i recharge by this amount.
because of this i am being forced to change my cell phone number as this plan is very expensive and the company is not willing to provide me my previous plan
