[Resolved] Airtel — Not getting 3G Speed | |||
My airtel No is [protected] .I have recharged Rs 45 3G pack for 150 MB, but I am getting 2G speed below 100kbps. I called CC many times but they are unable to resolve it. I am using GPRS in last 4 years and using 3G in last 1 year both IDEA and Airtel. My handset is Nokia C5. I used the sim in both C5 and Micromax USB modem. I selected UMTS/WCDMA only with IDEA network. But still no speed. Airtel is cheating me. Was this information helpful? | |||

my airtel m.no is [protected] and i am not getting 3g speed from a week where as before i was getting speed up to 300 kBPS.I Tried contacting customer care but it did not help.so please solve my problem to get 3g speed again

Dear sir/madam, I have recharged my phone with 3g internet pack of 951 and i am getting very low speed only 1 day i got 3g speed please help me as soon as possible i hve complaint many a times bt still i hve nt got any response from customer care plzz plzz call me i am going to hve a loss of 951 rs bcoz of airtel 3g recharge i thnk u wll help me as soon as possible...
