AirTel Bharti — services banned even after payment of bill for one week
Airtel Bharti telecomMy name is rahul rathore and i am having post paid airtel connection, my connections services were disrupted even after payment of my bill for last 5 days, As i was on roaming from mumbai to pune so i could not deposited the bill on due date but instead i asked my brother to do it so on my behalf and he deposited the bill one day after due date.now after depostin of the bill still the services are not resumed yet.
As m not in delhi i am facing lot of problem as mostly my work is being done on phone calls.
so its request to resume my servisec ASAP.

( These are company employe ) mere pass ruchka gupta & pawan rawat ne bhi jabab letter de kar massage ke thru manga tha. ruchika gupta no.-[protected], pawan rawat-[protected] hai. sumit sarkar-[protected].

platinum post paid — Put wrong enquiry by ur supervisor
Dear sir,ur correspondent Mr. Amandeep singh whose no. is [protected] has put wrong information to your head office that my home was locked & barred my outgoing STD calls. also he misbehaved with me on phone. He has not visted my home. kindly take a quick action against him & start my outgoing, otherwise i will go for further action.

my phone no is [protected], for the period of bill 05.01.09 to 04.02.09, The ISD calls shown in itemised bill were not done by me. These ISD calls were dated on 30 and 31st jan 09 I have contacted constomer care, nodal officer, they are allegedly telling that calls were gone through my no. And the bill amount is Rs.7000.00. My credit limit is Rs.2000.00. They didnt stopped my outgoing calls when it exceeded Rs. 2000.00. From 9 th Feb they stopped outgoing calls from my mobile Please help and suggest me what action i can take against airtel, delhi

This is hanuman mistry with the mobile No: [protected] as my bill for the month
of April has been raised to Rs1400/- which is totaly wrong as it includes gprs usage for 3days and u have charged Rs 900/-for that service how can it be possible it was better if i have reliance broad ban service just for 3days Rs 900/-all .I have already launch complain and spoken several times to the agents but no rewart on that. kindly look into the matter and please solve this issue asap.
kindly reply me urgent so that i can pay my bill on time and continue the service which i am using from 5 to 7 Yrs or i would like to disconnect the service and change it to vodafone .

My landline No.[protected] was disconnected for 4 days, for that complain to customer care please give me rebate of that 4 days, but from the side of call attenders they said to me go to the airtel shop & resolve your problem from there. I just want if I not used your landline due to trouble of your mistakes, then company is lible to give me "waiver" of that 4 days.

i paid Rs.500 activation charge while receiving the sim but they included 5oo in my first bill . responding that their system is not working well and asked me to pay the bill and deactivated my outgoing ... such a bad response

i m gajendra sharma. my mobile no. is [protected].i called to reliance customer care on the date 24/10/2009 and i talked to kirti. kirti was enable to resolve my query than i said just escalate my call to ur supervisor. she esclate my call to her supervisor he was talking rudely and finally he hang up my call not give resolution.
my bill plan is platinum 225 in this plan i get 333 call local free any network. but every month my total voice usage are 269. and i get rs 100 discount why not my 333 calls

that is accepted by Executive so that i paid 350Rs
But now in next bill which is nearly 166rs with late fee of 50 rs + 100(previous balance)
now previous balance were deducted by my knowlegde
I need 50rs (late free) deduction
Bcoz i was made payment 350rs on due date

Airtel Post Paid — Dealers not responding , my no is not working
I 'prakash prasad and my freind subhasish patanayak has given all documentation to convert our prepaid conection to post paid, one sales executive came to us from airtel dealer which is in visrantwadi , pune they have made mistake and my no has issued to my freinds name..after a long mess with executive and concern person. i have talk to them to change the name ...but till now its not updated and before few days my no has rejected and not working.From last four days i m trying to start my no. but they are not receiving my phone.they use to switch of the phone.

DEAR SIR,THIS IS TO BRING YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARD THE OVER CHARGING ME FOR USING AIRTEL POSTPAID CONECTION.
AS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES TIME TO TIME FOR KEEP ACTIVATING THE STD PACK SINCE I STARTED BILL PLAN FOR ADVANCE RENTAL, SO THAT I CAN REDUCE MY STD COST, BUT UNFORTUNETALY ITS HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN, LOOK I AM NOT GOING TO PAY AS PER YOUR CHARGED BILL.
TIME TO TIME YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE KEEP CONFIRMIMG ME THAT THIS STD PLAN WILL KEEP ACTIVATED, BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AGAIN AND AGAIN YOU PEOPLE DACTIVATE THIS, JUST TO OVER CHARGE ME ???
TO BE VERY CLEAR I DOESN'T MEAN THAT IF I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE RENTAL FOR ONE YEAR, I CAN'T DROP AIRTEL CONNECTION, I AM FREE TO CHOSE MY SERVICE PROVIDER, I AM NOT BOUNDED WITH AIRTEL, I HEREBY WARNING YOU TO REFUND ME ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES YOU CHARGED ME FOR THE STD CALLS FROM THE STARTING.

I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH AIRTEL, I WANT ALL THE MY MONEY BACK ( OVERCHARGED AMOUNT SINCE BEGINING OF THE ADVANCE RENTAL PACK + THE BALANCE RENTAL).
