[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — wrong bill

My bill for the month of march has been raised for amt 6317/- which is totally wrong as it inclued six ISD calls of Rs.4480/- some place in AFRICAN CONTINENT. Which is absolutely wrong, since we have no links over there. also we have activated mobile office on this same number through which we can easily avail other benefits free of cost. As we have already launch complain and spoken several times to the agents but no rewart on that. kindly look into the matter and please solve this issue asap.

I am not receiving my bill 0f mob. no.[protected]. So kindly
send me my last months bills dated on 09may2011 details send my postal address or e-mail Id-- [protected]@rediffmail.com as soon as early.

My airtel no. is [protected]. I never used MMS service but received April bill Rs.55/- MMS charges and May Bill Rs.60/- MMS charges.I talked to your cutomer care executive on 6-6-11. Till date no call back or massage has been recieved. Could you help it out immediatly ? I have 4 airtel postpaid connections if attitude of your co. not changed, i will be forced to port all my cnnections.

my mobile no. is [protected].i didn't make more calls.i have 125 plan &i make about r.s 60 &99 for unlimited sms by this my bill is around 280 .but i didn't make airtel 2airtel min. which i get frm my plan . usally i get discount bcoz. i didn;t use t them &i also get free sms but i dont use them i also get discont which are deducted in my bill.but my bill comes of r.s 390 around. i shocked to see the bill.when i call the cus. care to solve this problem then they say there are not additional charges .that's your right bill &cut the call.
kindly issue to look in to problem &take steps to solve the problem.

Airtel — non issuing of bills and excess bills

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have following problems at your end,

No bill received

1. More than six months I have been requesting for the bills either on mail or in hard copy .

But there is no communication from your end .

Then in last month I requested for Porting to other service provider,

received 7-8 calls from Air tel requesting not to port and they confirmed that bill will be sent to the the mail
( [protected]@indiatimes.com) .

Extra bills

2. Rs 700/- has been added in the bill without my consent for the plan in the month of September

The same has been paid assuming that my money is going in charity for Air tel. That time I decided to port.

3. Normally I use this ( mob No. [protected] ) for 3 local SMS av per day and 2-3 local calls

and I am paying bill in the range of Rs 300/- per month that too in the corporate discounts and with the Rs 700/- plan per annumn,
In the month of sept 2011 paid Rs 1223/-

Do you think it is justified .
This month also I have received bill of Rs 423 /-

I think that I have made a mistake of not porting or discontinuing Air tel number .

Airtel — INCORRECT BILLING AFTER DISCONNECTION

This is is in regard to account number 15526398 , for which cancellation request was given on 12th November 2011. Complaint no 7137426. Until then all the bills were paid on time.

After which followed by mental trauma and agony to call every week trying to disconnect the account. I reside outside India and trying to reach a customer care person is nothing less than torture.
They have now charged me a bill for the month of December-jan for which i am not liable to pay!!!
Yesterday i received a mail saying they will start legal proceeding for an amount of Rs 1122/- , and asked to contact some Sunil who never picks up the phone or keeps it switched off!!!
How am i supposed to come to lokadalat? will Airtel reimburse all the international calls i have made to their customer care numbers or pay for my airline tickets so i can come to India to solve the issue with them?
Each time a customer care person says it will be resolved. Why should i pay for something they are liable for?
Airtel needs to reevaluate the way they function!
I need some action on this matter for wrongly billing me!!!

Dear Sir,
My airtel Number is [protected]. This Number is with me since last two years. I have not activated the internet on this Number. In the bill from 8th Nov. 2012 to 7th Dec. 2012 Rs. 746.90 has been shown as internet Charges. This charges are wrong as I have never used Internet on this Number. Please rectify the bills and send the correct bill for this period. In the meantime I have already made the half payment of Rs. 700 From This bill.
