[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — wrong bill

airtel is one of the leading pathetic service providers of the country. they hire illiterate people and collection agencies who don't even have the basic manners of communication. they lure you with tempting plans followed by highly inflated bills. their customer care executives don't pay any heed to complaints. you are left with no other option but to pay the bills and owe not to use any of its services in future. beware of such companies my friends!

My name is Sagar Suresh Pali and my airtel post paid number is [protected]. First thing i want to say thst i didnt get bill on time and regarding this i have complained lot to your customer care but the position is same uptil now. Sir, i had made my payment on time, i had put cheque in Vidharbha Telcom Communication of Akola. Your agent had taken that cheque on that day only but he has put that cheque for clearing after 5 days. This is not my responsibilty that why that airtel agent did so but when i go to your airtel outlet Vidharbha Telcom Communication of Akola, the owner of tht outlet behave very badly and whn asked bout the agents number he said tht he is not sittng over there to distribute the number. I asked him the agents number because daily ur airtel companys phone are gettng to me tht u had not paid the bill so i found its better to reach to agent and knw bout the thngs. The payment had been made but please try tht no extra charge or late fee shoud be applicable on my number in next bill because i had made payment on time but its all your dealers n agents fault tht they dont care bout the date of customers ..
sir kindly look after ths matter n try to let me knw wht steps u had taken regarding my complaint because ths month also late fee is added in my bill for which i m not responsible.

my name is shailesh kumar. I was using airtel postpaid number [protected] since feb 2008 and I have disconnected it on 01 july 2009. my plan was 599.the sim card was destroyed by airtel member in front of me on the same day and on same time. And I have cleared all the bill on the same time. I kept the disconnection slip with me for six monthes. Then I threw away the slip. after that I received the notification of bill amounting 2057.59 rupees.I frequently visited the showroom for the matter but could not been clarified.
This is my humble request to you to look into the matter.for your clarification you can refer to my bill payment on 01 july 2009.

Airtel — POSTPAID BILL TAKEN WRONGLY

My name is shelly and my number is [protected].I have receive a letter from the court of not paying the bill but the airtel company after disconnecting my number did not send any bill after it and just a letter come after 6 - 8 months later that u dont paid the bill yet and they also charged 3000 rupees in place of 600 to me that i left when they disconnect my number.

Airtel — Late fee charged, but payment was made on time.

I am sunil ostwal holder of airtel no. [protected] since last 10 years. I paid my bill on 27.04.2010 of Rs. 300 which is my last date for payment. But in my 27.05.2010 last date of next bill payment, late fee is charged for late payment. I am having the receipt of the Authorized bill collector for airtel. Further I paid Rs. 350 on 27.05.2010 i.e. the last date for payment. I am having the receipt of Airtel money collector also. But again Airtel confirms the receipt of payment on 28.05.2010. I will go to the consumer court and also file a civil suit on Airtel and Its money collector.

of May has been raised to Rs70004.19/- which is totaly wrong as it includes charged.but not talk of amt.on this charge.if raised charge then give me details of my mobile bill.
