I Have been charged Sms Other Charges Rs.100/- in the mth of Sep -2008, which i have not used at all, even though i have paid the bill, I was late bcoz i dint recieve the bill on time.
For the mth of oct - 2008, i hav again been charged by SMS Others charges, which again I'm not using, Plus I hav also been chrged late payment fees Rs. 50. I, m not goin to pay the bill until and unless my problem is sorted out. I tried contacting your Cust Care but your System was not working so the executive could not help me with my billing issues.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

I have been repeatedly sending mail that I have not received my monile bill for August and September, till date no body has either responded or sent me copies of my bills. Would appreciate it if the same is sent immediately.

Billing is big problem with airtel once your bill cross Rs2000 next time even if you do less calls your bill will be Rs 1000 that is what i am seeing for last 4 months.
For last 4 months i am using Tata and very very less calls from airtel but still bill is Rs 1000.

I want to change to Prepaid but they refused and asked for documents even if i am 2 years users.

I am frustrated with this billing

Wants to Open account so that Net Payment can made through Credit Card Monthly. Credit Limit Given is very list, I have Cooperate Company connection & our monthly Bill submitting date is 24th of every month.my monthly bill is always under my credit limit & they dispatch our bills on 25th around & we receive that Bill around 9 or 10th .if they have already dispatch that Bill even than they are considering than amount into Current Billing & says that our credit limit exceeds & now they are going to banned outgoing Calls.but if our Date is 24th than its our right to sumit before that date otherwise its of no use to taking coorporate connections.Please do the needful becoz they have banned my outgoing becoz of this reason even they have not given two days to submit my bill. & now if they are going to contiue than there ans will be that they will take 72 hours to complete there process they dont think how much be are suffered becoz of these type of services.

PLZ SHOW MY BILL DETAILS IMMEDIATELY WITH NUMBERS WHICH ARE I CALLED
