i was offered the option of getting bill on my emailfor which iwas offerred rs.50 as free talk time for three months.But to my utter shock and repeated reminders on phone i could not get the bill on my mail.As a result of which i am unable to make the payment on time for which i am being penalised.You are requested to explain why i am being penalised for a nofault on my part.If you check your records you will find that i have never defaulted once in making the payment anbd no mail has been sent to me for the last four months.HOPING TO GET AN EARLY AND HONEST REPLY.

Post Paid Monthly Charges — without information adding monthly charges

I shocked on seeing my vodafone bill number [protected] dt: 05.10.08

Last two month you have charged Rs. 200.00 monthly rent

But Current month bill you have raised to Rs. 250.00 without any

information from your side.


Pls explain why you have raised monthly charges.

When we call your vodafone care they simply saying charges starts from third to me.

No body said when i changed my plan Prepaid to post paid.

If you not reverse the amount of Rs.50.00 monthly charges.

I will take this matter to consumer court and Trai about Charging higher amount without information.
