Airtel Postpaid bill which I have received after 10 days of due date. I comlained to you, when you send next bill with 50/- Rs. fine to me. That time customer care operator agreed to cancel this fine. But next month added more 50/- Rs fine. Like this added 3-4 months fine. And Now I am not going to pay any fine or any bill untill and unless you are not cancelling all the fine, which is not supposed to pay by me.

I have received 3 messages for downloading games but i have received only 1 games and i have been cherged Rs.300 for an idiotic game.the game which i have received came automatically
to my phone this time without any approval.How can a game come automatically .Please its a kind request to deduct Rs.200 as i have received only 1 game and next time please note that you de-activate this scheme.I have received this game on the 17 oct 08.and charged Rs.300 after calling to your call centres 5-6 times the response came ythat i should complain after ny bill is generated.Now when i call to your call centre the response comes that i have to pay this amount any how.The p[eople there at the call centres put the call on wait and then they do not resopnd.The day before yesterday when i called and talked to 1 of your call receiver I think so his name was Rahul he told me to hold on and then not responded for 40minutes.For 40 minutes my cell was on waiting.I just want to ask a question that is this the way to behave with the customer.These people are creating bad impression on the company.
I dont think that my this problem will be solved and i believe that there will be no response from your side.1 more thing as even i am in retail field according to my experience i do not think that these things will create goodwill to your company.

I have been asking for my bills for the last six months in soft copy for a considerable period of time. I am facing continous problems in signing in the airtel account and in the bill payment. As most of the time I am out of station, I face imense problems in the bill payment. If the situation persists, I will have to discontinue with the number.
