Sir I have taken post paid connection on 25.12.2008 for the no:[protected], First bill is for Rs:79 generated on 07.01.09 and second bill is generated for 202 on 07.02.09 on 10.02.09 evene though bill was generated on 07.02.09 they are informing that un bill amount is 1195 with in 3 days of bill generation is it possible to get a such high amount as un bill amount more ever on 26.02.09 out going is barred to my phone this was taken up with their customer care representatives, executives, Nodal officer and Appellate Authority but no resolvatin is sorted out another complaint *121# is not working for my SIM [protected] this is also not solved AIrtel authorities are not solving any problems, This phone is operated from Viskhapatnam (ANDHRA PRADESH)

The above connection was taken on 25.12.08, on 07.01.09 I got a Bill for 79.00 and on 07.02.09 I got bill for 202.00 Bills are sending with out usage details and discounts on 10.02.09 Airtel has informed un billed amount is 1195 /- How is it possible after generation of the bill on 07.02.09 how this much amount is showing I brough to the notice of Nodal officer, Customer care Executives, Appellate authority of Andhra Insted of resolving the problem my out going facility was banned from 25.02.09 They are showing me hell no body is responding for my emails and complaints More ever the facility of *121# is not working this was not solved.I am under CUG Group I have been offered many discounts by the AIrtel but now they are cheating by showing more amount with out usage
