i have an airtel number and i am using from around 4 months, i always used to make my regular bill payments, but in last month i went outstation, my number was in roaming and i i delayed in my payment, now they are telling me that the number cannot be activated because the verification is pending, so kindly assist me should i make the payment or not.mob number: [protected]

Airtel — Asking to pay a bill of 3 month, without providing the service for 3 months
Subject: Didn't get service for 3 months (From 4th December 2008 to 7th Feb 2009) and demanding me for paying the bills.Hi,
My name is Gopi Krishna Mekala. From last 6 years I am customer to you. In 2008 I had a technical problem with Broadband service which is provided by you. To resolve this problem, I called to your customer care and raised 4 requests, where all the requests are closed without resolving the problem. Following are the request which I have raised:
1. On first week of December - I got respose from them that "As it was a hardware problem from airtel, they asked me to wait for 7 days"
2. On third week of December - Same answer I got from them.
For both the above they have raised any tickets.
3. 11th Jan Request number 264. This ticket was closed without resolving my broad band connection issue. No Service engineer visited my home to resolve it.
4. 22nd Jan Request number 16152670. This ticker also closed without resolving the problem.
5. on January last week. I last my patience and raised a request to cancel the connection number is 237656.
7. On 7th Feb one of your service engineer visited my home. Next day I got a call that my problem was resolved so I need to pay the amount of Rs. 1491.00. I explained him the situation that I have cancelled the connection.
After this two times I got a call from your executives about the bill to pay. I explained my situation to each of them, they didn't revert back.
Yesterday I got letter with reference number March, 09/13369942/GRN-S1/Airtel/AP/2009-10 to pay the bill of Rs 2007.
Can anybody revert back to me on this or send me a note on what basis you are demanding this amount from me.
As you know when there is no service provided to a customer for more than 3 days for a billing month, no need to pay the bill for that month to the service provider by the customer. Please can you check this URL: http://www.trai.gov.in/cp/cphandbook.pdf

I have paid my all the dues but my outgoing call barred without any Information .When I called in customer care they said your verification was negative that’s why your services barred Even they committed my I will start your connection in one hour & resend our officer in you billing address But till time no one turned up or my service is still barred .I am in pain from last 3 days but no one is ready to listen. I am getting so many requests No from customer care but the service of Airtel is very very Poor. Request No is[protected],[protected].
15 times I called up to customer care but my calls disconnected. Now I am requesting to Airtel to please disconnect my No & send me your full & final Bill .I will pay 200 Rs extra for your services.
We dont have rights to sleep at home without doing home work.
I am waiting for you Response.
