[Resolved]  Airtel — Postpaid bill

Dear sir, Please consider it as an emergency . I got a bill for my airtel postpaid no. [protected] for an amount of Rs:3288, I have been trying to contact your customer care centre for the last three weeks. I didn't get any response from your side. The only answer I'm getting is your server is down. I checked my bill and found that the amount billed is for my internet usage. I'm using the connection only for mobile not for a system. So my phone data usage system shows only 847mb I used from July 16 to September 16. I already activated 1gb data pack for 2g internet. I cannot pay this huge amount without any reason. The only wrong decision I taken is I chose your network. The same kind of mistakes happened previously from your side.. And I spoken to your official and they helped me to sort out the issue. Now the officials not allowing me to talk to their superior officer. I believe this is your business tricks to cheat the customers. So after a long thought I decided to move to Consumer court for the justice.. I'm waiting for your response. I'm pretty confident that I can prove my side . I recorded all my calls to customer care, and I have my data usage count. The worst thing is its not a one time mistake, it's happening every month. Not getting bill on time to my Residential Address, In spite of remainding them they assured that the bill will be sent across in four day but from past two months i have not got. they say someone as Received in the name of Aishwariya.when i called to airtel Costomer Care Center. but no name by Aishwariya is there in our Residential Area.please do the needful back Soon.Still they are yet to get back to me.

I am Yogesh Joshi, and I am using Airtel Post paid Services from last three Months and I am Fed up Now,
Every time I use To get Wrong Bill, and every time I had complaint for the same, after my complaints, i use to get my correct bill.
On 12 oct with out informing me and sending any bill to my address, my airtel services had been stoped ,I am not even able to call to some of Imp. Nos. , I again complaint on 15 oct to airtel customer care, they had activated my no. and after few hrs agin they have stoped my post paid services.
They told me that I have to pay 1600 Rs bill, but didnot send any hard copy of my bill,

Pls help me and show me My bill as well give me my call summary because I am sure again You have charged me for my free CUG nos. as you have done it twice earlier.

Pls help me to know my correct bill, with my plan and pls activate my no. as soon as possible.

I am Naresh. Recently I went to part time job provider and the say they will provide the sim and need to send 2lakh SMS/month. 1lakh SMS can be sent in 1 sim. So from the company referred Airtel associate, I got 2 sims. Plan of the sim is 1 lakh SMS free. One sim got activate PH#[protected] within a week and i just sent 40 sms and not even made any call except to airtel customer care. Later the airtel deactivated all the persons who got airtel sims through the part time office stating they don't give this offer to part time job. So overall my sim is activated only for 4 days. later I received the bill for Rs.214.43. I used only 40 sms ( its free) and they disconnected connection without prior information. I am looking for some justice. Pls help me.

Air tel_postpaid — Bill Payment

Dear Sir/Madam,
I made a payment of Rs.995/- by cash at "Bangalore One" collection centre, New BEL Road, bangalore on 24th-Dec-09, which was due for 6th-Jan-10. Till date this is not posted on my mobile account of [protected]. I have writen about this with scaned copy of the receipt to [protected]@airtelindia.com & reminded several times, but no change in the account status.

May I expect some one help me resolve this issue, please.

i have not recieved any bills through mail nor post.
pls do the needful as earliest.
have been using airtel postpaid CUG connection in
Chennai.([protected]).

My outgoing calls were charged at 1.50/min even after me opting for a
service which bring down my call charges.

I have mail proofs for request for activation of the service, but the
customer care refused to activate this service for no reason.

I have raised this request on July 27th 2010. But was not having any
change in the bill amount. They continued to charge me. After raising
concern through several calls and mails, Airtel has not changed it.
I want to get back all the money that I have paid extra.

This is not the first time I am getting this response. Please provide me with the details that will help me get a permanent solution
I have availed of 3G services from Airtel. My mobile no:[protected].The company had set my credit limit of Rs.2,500/-. I have gone in for Rs.750/- plan with 2GB free. After 25 days my service was disconnected. The bill generated was Rs.6700/- for the month of April. When i enquired i was told that i had utilized only 900mb out of 2GB and the customer service/support promised to give me a call back but that never happened.Second time when i called up i was told I had utilized 1.5 GB which was below 2GB and the customer support/service could not help me with the details the third call i made i was told that i had utilized 3GB. The fact of the matter is all along i was keeping a track of my usage because i was getting unbilled amount to a tune of several thousands every time. I confirmed with them that my bill would be of only Rs.750/- for using 3G service if the usage is limited to 2GB . I never had any problem with Airtel earlier but this consistent change in their statement regarding my utilization shows that there is manipulation from their end. I want this problem resolved.

I was having an airtel postpaid corporate sim of no [protected] from last year and my credit limit was 1200. I have activated mobile 2G internet pack of 1GB of 98 rupees from last 3 months. This month i got bill as a Rs.3698/- (Bill Number :[protected] which is 3times of my credit limit (Rs.1200/-). So i called customer care to ask how could be possible this, how it crossed limit. They replied like your credit limit got changed to 3000.
Then I asked like I didn’t get informed about this and I didn’t get any message. How you people changed without telling me and you people didn’t inform me after changing also. And bill generated PDF says that my credit limit is still Rs.1200/-. They couldn’t answer and they replied like our manager will call you within 4hrs once they told and 2hrs another time they told. And till now I didn’t get any call from them.
And they told like you have used 0.3Gb extra internet so you got the more bill. But when I used last time more internet I got message after crossing Rs.1100/- telling that your limit is exceeding please recharge it. I thought this time also I will get same kind of message. But this time it didn’t happen like this. And they are not responding properly. It is purely Airtel mistake that they changed my credit limit without informing me and still my bill says that my credit limit is Rs.1200/-. With this I got very bad lesson and I hope I will get some good reply from them.

This is reagrding the bill settlement for the above mentioned number -

I have had numerous discussions with your team regarding the same and
everytime they have given me false promises regarding the bill
settlement.

After long discussions, recently I got a call from another executive
on 25th jan 2013, 1.00 pm, asking me to pay Rs. 700 towards the bill
and promised to settle the remaining amount as it was all excess. She
also promised that she will be sending me the confirmation of the same
by the end of the day.

I sent ther the below mentioned details at 2.00pm:

It is 15 days now and I have not got any confirmation yet. I am
repeatedly calling the customer care number -- [protected] but the
executives are behaving very irresponsible and unprofesssionally.

They are not even lifting the call and cutting the call instead. This
is definitely not acceptable from a customer support team.

Request you to take action immediately and settel the bill without any
further inconvenience.

sir. i am p.hari krishna used airtel postpaid sim card(phone no-[protected]) having an offer of 300rupees plan having 600min free, 600 sms free and 1gb free internet per month. after i've taken the sim with in 10days it showed that the sim registration was failed, i went and give my proofs again but again after some days it showed that registration was failed, this time i gave a complaint to airtel operator mustaffa in mehadipatnam, hyderabad .but they didnt give any response to me, so i have taken another network sim but later after 2 months the airtel operator manager ranga nadh, begampet airtel office manager called and said that i got a bill of 6000/-. he is giving warning saying that i'll put a case on me. late i went to airtel office and register a complaint for that they said that if registration is failed all the offers will be cancelled and u've to pay the bill, because of fearing for case and all i paid 2500/-, but how it will be possible. i used according to the plan, airtel operator saying that it not possible if registration is failed, every time im giving the correct documents but they are failing to register it again and again and now saying to attend in the patiyala count in delhi.. please take relevant action on airtel and make my amount back...

In this plan Airtel gives me 500 msgs on every local no. but this month it changes to msgs only at local airtel number without any comfimation msg or call and my bill for this month is huge and i can't pay it. I called to customer care and they said that they send my complaint to higher authorities and i will get the call for this complaint till 27th april evening but till now i didnt receive any call from airtel. My reference number for this call to cstomer care is 50153455.

If Airtel post paid mobile bill has to be paid by cheque, then it should be drawn in favour of whom.

I am using airtel corporate mobile phone number ([protected]). Usually my mobile bill comes around Rs.300 without any internet package. I activated 3G services a couple of weeks ago for a data plan of Rs 250 for 1GB data. But, till data i've used only 250MB of internet data and when I check in the airtel website about my unbilled amount it is showing Rs 690/-. How come is this possible??? I have not even made more phone calls too.

When i call for 121 customer care I am not finding any option to speak to the customer care executive. I need detail explanation on this.
