[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid / SIM Card Issue — SIM card registering failed | |
Today morning my Airtel connection showing “SIM card registering failed”. What is the meaning of that ? My No: [protected] I have also raised two cases (Ref no. F[protected] / 29998209 / F[protected] for verify address Verification again of my billing address. Then what is the use of loging case with airtel ?? No body comes after that till now for any verification and my call and SIM get barred today morning. AirTel — sim card issue
i have a bought a new sim card in my near by shop, he said that it will be normal pack and i called customer service for plan change they said the scheme is NOKIA BUNDLE OFFER PLAN, i didnt buy that sim with nokia.I was getting angry on the shopkeeper because he gave me that sim card where i cant change my plan.Bcse in customer service, they said to ask the shopkeeper.i went and ask him, he said that the sim card provided from a wholeseller, he called that wholeseller in front of me.he said that sim is not in nokia bundle pack, he said that he got from AIRTEL DEALER only.
now i cant change my plan and my tariff is nokia bundle offer.i am really fed up with this offer.i cant make add on facilities and the mainly no plan change.
please provide proper reason for this.my num is [protected]..the num which im telling about is [protected].

My old SIM was activated so I didn't use it
I started to use it from last 2 days
from today morning I am facing network prob
when I call their customer care they are saying you need to replace the sim & for that you have to pay 100 Rs
Why should I pay 100 rs??
the prob is from their side
what should I do now??
