[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Hello Sir/Madam
I want to say that i want to deactivate my prepaid connection [protected].
Sir,
1. I have recharged my airtel prepaid number (maharashtra - nagpur) [protected]on 14 Oct 09 for Rs. 8 to avail reduced calling rates on STD and local calls. As per this scheme, the first call (both STD and local) will be charged at normal rates and subsequent calls will be charged at reduced rates. The same facility was activated on my cell number on the next day (ie, on 15th Oct 09). But the company had deactivated the same facility on 16 Oct 09 without intimating me. They charged normal rates for STD (Rs.1.50 per minute) calls which i made on 16 Oct 09. Hence, I lost around Rs.100 by making STD without knowing that the company had alrady deactivated the facilty on my number. While chechking from customer care also they are giving different reasons which are not at all justifiable. They opinioned that it is happening by default. When the customer has paid the specified amount and activated the facilty on the cell, it is the responsiblity of airtel co. to provide proper service to me. I lodged a compliant (Sl No.[protected] but they have not taken any action on it till now.
2. Kindly intervene and do the needful to provide justice to me.

Airtel Prepaid — FHM Video wrongly deducting Rs 5/-

sir, I am usin NOP services on Airterl prepaid connections from time I received this card. I dont know how but all of a sudden this FHM Video services are being activated very often and and everyday Rs. 5/- are deducted. The customercare persons everyday make false promises to refund wrongly deducted amount but never refund nor are able to stop this service. Today I was given this website URL by some senior person called Kamal in customer care. I was unable to access this site through my mobile NOP connection as the error message I get was unknown host. This time it started yesterday and I was given a complaint number[protected] and was assured by the customer care executive that it will never again charge Rs 5/- But to my astonishment it was renewed today again and deducted an amount of Rs 5/- I want this service be stopped immediately and my Rs 10/- refunded immediately. My prepaid Number is [protected] Every month I put 40 Rupee booster card for enjoying concessional rate of outgoing calls I treat it as a unwanted expenses. Because, my wife & father-in-law have the Tata indiacom mobile, when they purchased it was also a prepaid and put 40 Rupees booster for night talk & concessional rates of outgoing calls, but after sometime they changed their plan by paying Rs.285/- as a permanent concessional rate of outgoing calls.
