Airtel Prepaid Connection — unauthorised value added service activation

Dear sir,

I am a punjab airtel prepaid customer (# [protected]). Presently I am on roaming in Kolkata. All of a sudden my cellphone has started receiving cricket updates, causing repeated disturbance and important messages getting lost in numerous unsolicited messages. I have not given any consent for such a service. I think airtel must have levied some charges for these updates also. I sent sms on 121 for stoppage of these updates, but got a message, "we are unable to process your request. Please try later".

They have unauthorisedly activated a nuisance service which they are now unable to stop. What do I do? I could not find any grievance related service on their website regarding prepaid complaints. Tall claims of customer care?? Please guide me to further action in the matter

Airtel Prepaid — changed traiff without an notice

This is to inform u that i have been using airtel prepaid connection number [protected] since 3 years , i used top up card of Rs 89 for low call rates in which airtel to airtel is 0.15 paisa , airtel to other mobile is 0.65 paisa , airtel to landlinere 1 thereafter the company gave me the plan in which Rs 3 would be deducted per day and call rates would remain same with 0.10 paisa local sms and 0.30 paisa STD sms till i disconnect the number or convert the number to lifetime for this confirmation i have called to customer care and they commited the plan... but now the company on 23rd sep. 2009 changed my plan without any prior notice and when i complainted to customer care they said nothing can be done and now they are charging Rs 1.5 per day with call rate airtel to airtel 0.40 paisa and others 0.65 paisa and landline Re 1 ... so i request u to please look into the matter and solve the problem as early as possible...

The sim card provided by airtel gallery, vashi during conversion from post to pre paid was 64 KV. Requested Airtel Vashi Gallery to arrange for Sim of 32 KV since the same has damaged the Nokia set after getting the issue checked by authorised servicing agent. They have initiated the procurement action but yet to contact about the availability. Contact nos. have been given to them. Request immediate availability with intimation.

This is a serious complaint... Im using this SIM for more than 3 years, now someone is blocking my SIM by telling all the informations including my recharge amount without my knowledge...

Airtle is a pathetic service. For the past 2-3 hrs my calls are getting dropped in the first 5 minutes..pathetic service.Im unable to work coz of this freaking problem. Airtel..
