my name is shiv kumar sharma i m using an airtel prepaid connection with the no. of [protected].i have activated NDNC service on my connection in june2008. i m still receiving some unanted promotional messeges and i have give many compaints regarding this problem to customer care but they dont have any solution plz help

Airtel Prepaid — unathorised deduction of pre-paid balance by bikinialert service

I had never subscribed ot bikini alaert service on airtail pre-paid mobile number [protected]. Nevertheless I receive an sms daily from airtel that they have deduched some mony for this service renual. The sms dos not contain means to stop this service. 121 (customer care) calls to get this service stopped drop.

Noting the frequency of these complaints on a goole search Airtel seems to be fleecing consumers in millions by turning on unsubscribed service and giving no recource ot turn it off.

In this sence it can be considered ot be conducting largest consumenr fraud in india.

I want incoming and outgoing details for last Three months prepaid connection [protected].
if possible as soon as early send me detail. thank you.

we are working in Govt Engg. College, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
NGO Colony, Melapalayam, Gasal Nagar don't have signal from towers at the same time frequently for the past two months .kindly rectify.otherwise we will shift to other net works .

why the call rates change without informing

i am using airtel prepaid mobile no : [protected] since last 4 to 5 years.but now its call rates are changed by airtel without any prior information. I am going to change the connection because of its high rates. My previous call rate were Airtel to Airtel is 30paisa & other mobile is 50paisa & landline rs.1.00. I m very dis satisfied with ur service. so pls give me suggestion what should I do now???????? Shall I change my connection or not... pls give me right reply. Thanks.

Airetel Company had done so many times with my mobile no. [protected] that change any paln without intimation and so many remienders have given through by phone 121 and sms they are not take any action.

Respected sir i'm using airtel prepaid, GPRS activated in my mobile. i'm using in 64K model SIM. this sim is slow the net busy time. so i want 128K SIM (big board). that sim is no stock in salem(tamilnadu, india). so please help me
