Dear Sir. I am having mobile no [protected]. But it is unfortunate, that my daughter wrongly inserted a pass word and the same sim was blocked since 10 days indicating Puk code is blocked, Please contact your provider. when I contacted nearest airtel retailer, he communicate this type of fault to the costmer care.but it is all invein.I am very much disagree with this type of attitude of your service provider, because I am having 04 nos of airtel pre-paid mobile in my home.

Hi, Myself Jai Prakash Jha working in "ZEE News" . I am using this no. for the last 5 years. My Airtel cell no. is [protected]. Regularly i receive lot of SMS on my cell saying that "to know more about this service dail ... (Muft)". on two ocesan i did so and i am suprised that even this was free dailing i was chaged Rs.30/- on 16/12/09 and other Rs.30/- was charged 2 months before.
i request you to kindly reverse this chrges "Rs.60/"- into my Airtel Account and stop doing this else i will discontinue my Airtel connection.

Airtel Prepaid — Deducted amount from card without activating a service
Sir,I am using Airtel card since two years and I noticed that they are deducting amount from my card for no reasons and when i contactcted them they are telling u activated some sms alert service .
Same thing happened before four months back and they deposited the amount in my card but now it happened again.
For last two months I was out of India and the card was in my purse so question dose not comr that may be mistak i alerted the service,
Airtel must be cheating thousand of cusomers by simply deducting the amount and this scam is in crores .
please do the needful for the same . I am planning to put case against them in consumer court .

HelloAt present I am in Dubai and Airtel cut Rs. 299+ from my balance which was approximately 292 and my balance was showing -7. when I asked them through mail the answer I got are given under both the times a different answer. This when I did not make or receive any calls nor am I using GPRS so I have to say that Airtel is making money unethically
We would like to confirm that we have pursued our records and found that you have been Rs. 99 - for rental of international roaming and Rs. 100 charged twice for incoming calls. However the reversal of Rs. 99 has already been credited in your account. We regret the infeasibility to process any more reversal towards the same.
We like to inform you that your as per your Service Request number [protected] we have got confirmation from our back end team that your balance has been deducted for GPRS service and for call charge to the number [protected]. Hence waiver is denied Regards Jitendra [protected]

my daughter is airtel pre paid mobile no. [protected] in chennai. on 18thDEC 2009 at around 17:45 hrs i had topped up Rs. 110/- from orissa in favour of pre paid mobile no. [protected] (of chennai). success message came both at sender and receiver end but money was not topped up in pre paid mobile no. [protected] (of chennai).also complaint sent to airtel prepaid complaint centrethrough SMS to [protected]
