can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Dear sir/madam,
iam umakanth reddy using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected].
I am using airtel ([protected]) science last 1 and half year, but suddenly my number is disconnected on 15.December2009 with out any information, and iam visited air tel outlet but they are telling this number is delited we canot give this number to you.if my number is not given to me i will fight aganist my rites i will go to congumer court.

for forther refrance my number is [protected]
my airtel life time card is a not activet

my card no is [protected]

my use of 4 years & last 1 month to switch of the phone to due to mumbai then miss my card

This is regarding a complaint on Airtel customer services. I am Sai Sudhakar([protected] - Bangalore) on Dec 11th 2009 i migrated my post paid connection to pre-paid connection.
when i went to Airtel outlet which is in Ramyas Telecom, KR Puram, Bangalore as per the people said i cleared the bill payments. then those people said want id proof and photo. i went back to my place and come after 45 mins and gave photo and id proof.
Then again those people asking that address proof. Then in the mood: frustration i am back and bring address proof and submitted all documents.
The people in that Airtel outlet are dont know anything. they are stupids. They don't know how to treat customers, very irrespective answers they are telling. i am feel so so bad about them this causes negative feed back to Airtel customer services.

And on Dec21st 2009 i got sms which saying that "AX-Airtel: Since we have not recieved your Airtel Enrollment Form & supporting documents, outgoing services on your Mobile will be restricted as per TRAI regulations. Request you to submit the same for resumption of service." so again i have to go there and submit. why you people wasting of our time.
please don't use our needs.


Why these people didn't said. one by one they are asking causes gets irritation to me. i gets frustration and wants to throw this sim card into basket and cancel this connection. But i cant why becoz i want this number, since from more than 2 years i am using it.
i am working for an MNC i took permission and came to your Airtel outlet.
if the people waste the time of customers no one cant use it. changing the network is not a big deal now a days. many networks are available in market.

Actually First am prepaid customer, after one aitel call, i migrated post paid to pre paid. some one is came to me and collected the documents and Rs.300/- deposit has took from me. with in 2 days migration was happend.

but now this time while migrating post paid to pre paid why you people gets irritation to us, till now i didnt got the Rs.300/- deposit amout (which is refundable). that people said i will get check in 45 days. why this much so long. while migrating pre paid to post paid I payed immediately( on the spot). This the worst thing in behaving with customers.



Sorry for my language. i am writing like this because of i am so disappointed of your people behavior with me.

I am Mr. Soni using Airtel prepaid [protected], I have tried to contact Airtel nodal office, customer care service and appelate officer . I have recharged my no in NOV;09 BUT GOT CREDITED ONLY 50 % OF THE AMOUNT, as per dealer I have to take up matter with Airtel.But I don;t know whom to contact.

Even mobile no of Pune nodal officer as mentioned in Times Of India dated 19th Dec is switched off.

I am forced to change mu service provider now.
