My father is your Airtel Prepaid user with number [protected].
He didn't at all activated any offers.Every time he is facing the problem of balance reduction even though he always recharges.He is getting impatient.
He is planning to change the SIM.He is not interested in Airtel.He losed more than 1000 rupees this year.You will lose a good customer if you are not going to make him satisfied.

Airtel Prepaid — Service deactivated unknowingly.
Dear All ,I had already posted a same complaint on 12-12-09 and get a reply and a phone call from [protected]@airtel.in that Please contact to customer care at 121 and 198 and register a complaint. my 121 and 198 had been barred from my first complaint i.e. 1st Dec 09. For your kind information AIRTEL has a system on their CC Number YOU CALL THEM AND MAKE COMPLAINT,,,Your number can never make contact to 121,198 for follow-ups because it has been barred for your number.ANYWAY my complaint has not been resolved untill now I had already sent a mail to 121,nodalofficer,appleate,airtelpresence but all are not responding to mails or phone calls now where to go and whom to complain that is very big question. AND AT LAST I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GIVE ME PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE OPERATOR FORM AIRTEL TO ANY "OTHER" BECAUSE I HAVE NO WAY and TIME OTHER THAN THIS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION SMS FROM MY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MY NOP DEACTIVATION FROM LAST 18 days.
PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FROM THESE TYPE OF REPLIES FROM VARIOUS SOURCES.

I availed of an Airtel Mobile connection in Chennai under No.[protected] on the 5th November, 2009.
After submission of proof of residence and other documents and after due verification of the same, the line was activated and I was using the connection for some time. But for the last couple of days I am neither able to make a call nor receive one. The SIM is not detected by my phone, or any phone. As I am holding an important position in the C.P.W.D. and some very important and prestigeous projects are under my control, I find it really incapacitating when I am not able to communicate.
On calling on Airtel Customer Care at Anna Nagar, I was asked to use the hotline available for 'prepaid' customer, where from one Mr. Abdul Kaleem, on verification of the complaint told that the above number has been 'RECYCLED' and hence I have to call one Ms. Sinthiya Mary, Airtel's Highest officer on phone No.[protected], which phone happened to be busy as many times as I tried.
Now I request you to reactive the line for the above phone number for which I have already submitted the required documents of proof and which were duly verified even well before the above phone line was activated.
According Top PRIORITY in this would be highly appreciated.

The airtel have on their own been deducting for what they call renewal of swapmodel subscription and charging Rs 10 per week. I don't even know what this swapmodel is nor did I ever apply for it. Last month when I noticed this I had got it stopped but again they have done the same and since lat week they have deducted Rs 20 unnecessarily. When will this fraud be stopped? If they continue doing this I will just throw away the sim card and never ever subscribe to this mobile company who have made it a business to cheat customers.

myself anoop from rishikes. . .my problem is mobile office service activate in my prepaid number itz [protected] and than i call customer care. . .a guy pic up call and than i told them my problem but he didn't give me sufficient reason and disconnect call, after dat i call again one person attend my call and transfer to seniour and that guy used abusing language with me and my family and activated many services in my number without my, he misused his power and the result is my account balance is zero. . .i am your customer about 3 year but this is disgusting, now what can i do. . .please told me and they are from okhala customer care centre in delhi

problem is that before some days i got a call from your company side's number that your call will be 50p/m if you confirm one after that they again confirm by star(*) and after some days i also got a msg from airtel taht your call rate hasbeen for 50p/m for one month i[censored] want this service for one year you have to Rechage for 35 thats all ... but my service not be complete for one month...
why this fraud...why company did call me .for this ...
please give me proper answer otherwise ...i will complain to higher level...and ...etc...

Now on December, 20th I recieved a massage from airtel that an amount of Rs 30/- deducted in your accounts towords coller tune.kindly refund the same in my accountas I do'nt want to continue the coller tune.
