I've bought a new SIM[protected] from an airtel dealer, which is been not activated in out going calls since 2 month past. I've paid all the amount and the dealer or the provider of sim in my hand is doing carelessnes in activating my new sim. Plz do feedback to my email adres

Airtel Prepaid — Complaint for stupid services

I did not opt for hello tune for my no. [protected].
They had automatically activated the rubbish caller tune from the mid of night on 30th Dec, 2009.
I am trying to deactivate since morning, but their is no body to help in customer care.
They had been charged Rs 35 form my current balance and my balance had gone negative.
Please take an active action for this stupid thing happened by airtel service center.
I humbly request you, please help us.

I was using MTNL Trumpbut due to some signal problems i jumped to Airtel BUT now i realise that what a big mistake i have done. I am very fadup by using airtel. Airtel has lack of trasperancy, difficulty in contacting customer care. This was my big mistake of year 2009. Airtel is costly than MTNL.
There is no big problem of signals in MTNL somewhere the signals were gone but that was good. I topup of Rs.225 and gor Rs.250 talk value and almost free GPRS. But in airtel there is blind well. : Ankur Garg

I am also facing the same problem since may 2009, don't worry these Airtel Guys will do nothing, You can change the SIM rather i will suggest change to some other network

Yes Dude, I too suffered cause of this nonsence. They activated some Love service, cricket online and one more service ... i lost around 70 rs in it and at last when i came to know it is due to these services, it took me more than 3 days to deactivate them.

U can try sending STOP to 121, but i doubt if it works now ... it worked fr me and within 3 days i was able to stop the services by making continuous attempts.

I heared So Many times About Balance Cutting Problem. In Case Of Airtel Prepaid. & i also suffer with this problem.

For Procedure of Balance Recharge is Very Carefully handled by company.No body give Extra Balance By Company, But other Subscription Are easily activated by company and they cutting balances.of custmor.
