I have taken Airtel prepaid sim card for 1 yr validity having no. [protected]

Before validity Airtel has stopped my service n i am not able to use that no.

without informing me how they stopped my service before validity n given no. to another.

Its unbelieveable.........

I am using airtel prepaid no. n i am getting network problem in shukrawar peth, near Chinchechi Talim, pune area.

Airtel is truly becoming a thief.

On 26 Dec I received a message stating Airtel Friends chat is activated on my number. Rs 30/month is also charged from my balance.

It also stated that to cancel subscription call 543216. I called this number (which is not toll free. you are charged for calling on this number.) but was unable to find how to unsubscribe.

Then I called 121 and the customer care told me that I subscribed to this service by calling 543216. That did not understand that I called 543216 in because I wanted to unsubscribe as the service was activated without my request.

Also they are unwilling to return my Rs 30.

I hope TRAI takes notice of such malpractices of Airtel. What a thief company.

today at abt 10:07 pm, i receivd a msg frm airtel telling that i was charged rs 45 for subscribing hello tune.
I didnt use mobile during those hours and didnt received any call.
But cust care said it was me only who subscribed the stuff from airtel ...
about 6 months ago...same thing happened.at that time cust care exe admit their mistake and said they will recharge the phone with the amount they charged, but they didnt.
they play these kind of tricks for their personal gains.and when one tries to complain, they dont receive the call.
