I am using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected].During last week i have recharge an aggregate amount of Rs.257/-. i.e Rs.202 is Full TT and Rs. 50 is normal and i have recd the same. But Yday suddenly u deduct a sum of nearest Rs.50/- I am shocked the balance of my account. Please give the reason and i want to know which plan i have ? if possible pl give my plan details as soon as early send me detail. thank you.

I have activated my prepaid connection No.[protected] from the Airtel Relationship Centre, ECIL, Hyderabad on th 26th of Dec, 2009 duly submitting all the required documents. Since ysterday my outgoing calls are barred.
when I went back to check whats wrong ? I was surprised to note that the documents I have submitted were still lying there. As the documents have not reached Airtel the outgoing calls were barred. For no fault of mine, Iam unable to make any call since yesterday. I have requested the Airtel relationship centre people, ECIL, HYDERABAD to activate my outgoing immediately but nothing has been done. I also spoke to one Mr.Santosh at the Customer Care who has given vague reasons for barring my outgoing.and expressed his helplessness in activating at once. Can anybody help me in this regard ?

respected sir/madam i called upon the customer care 2 times 2 deactivate the airtel hello tune my mob no-[protected] so pls deactivate the caller tune becuz monthly rs 30 are been decuding so it my humbel request 2 u pls deactivate it as soon as possible
my mobile no. is [protected]. you are sending sms alerts on cricket scores and friends chat. despite my several requests to stop them you have not conceded my request. i am having airtel dish TV connection. my customer id is[protected]. i have also subscribed for sports package and watching live coverage of cricket matches. i therefore do not want your sms alerts on cricket score. further i am 64 years old and not a suitable person for the friends chat. please therefore stop sending above two sms alerts immediately.i have made a polite request. hope you will follow the same suit.

2 occasions. When the same was brought to the notice of customer care a
fortnight back, they confirmed having deactivated the facility.
today, when top for Rs. 122 was made thee was a message that Rs. 30 have
been deducted for Friends chat service. This is quite unfair on the part of
a big operator to unauthorisedly debiting the amount without consent which
amounts to cheating.
pls arrange for recredit of Rs. 30 immediately. In the absence of any reply from
you within 2 days, I will be constrained to switch over to other operators. Pls
note that we have 5 airtel connection for our family member.
also report the appropriate higher level person to be contacted for redressal
of girevances.

[protected], I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.
