Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of Rs.3 to 4/- per day for providing luv poem etc.

I am being charged Rs.3 to 4/- per day for providing luv poems, picture message etc. for which I have never opted for. When approached customer care centre, Near Vishal Mega Mart, Raipur (C.G.) for the same, Mr. Rajat had not taken the complaint of the same. Pls stop the facility immediately with an in intimation to me. Also, I would like to mention that I am a very old customer of Airtel. These type of poor service will force me to go for other prepaid mobile service.

I am being charged for recieving love poems as well as cricket updates that I never subscribed to. I cannot evevn talk to the cutomer care numbers as all of them have been automated and none of them allow the user to talk to a call centre executive. I dont know where to go for getting these updates turned off.

It is very strange that i had made a request/complaint for the disconnection of my number[protected] with a very aggressive company & the authorites but feel very ashammed that there is no responsible person in the company to take the action.Agaian requested to do the needful.

Here I lost my mobile very recently and now i got my same no back with the help of airtel store, but i want to get back all my contact details coz i am going to loos my contacts and my clients so is there any chance to get back my contacts by getting of my call details, when i talk to customer care of airtel they said that they wont give the call details of any one, so is there any chance to get the call details on line, please give me some information to solve my problem

my number is [protected]. i have already given several complaints that against my wishes sms on cricket alerts and frendz chats were being sent to me and i requested to stop them. yesterday at 11.18 hrs one of your officials contacted me from no.[protected] and enquired about the complaints. i explained to him that as i am having airtel dish tv connection with sports package and am watching the match live, sms alerts on cricket need not be sent to me and also to stop frendz chat sms as i am not a suitable person for it. he accepted to concede my request. but to my dismay you continue to send sms on cricket scores. because of your compulsory extraction of money my balance has now gone to minus figures. i think you are hoping that i will recharge my phone and by that time you can get the balance adjusted. i am having a mobile with double sim card facility. i have got one more and other net work connection which will be used for out going calls and your sim which has got life time validity will be used for only for incoming calls. i am not going to recharge your sim. take a serious note of this and act suitably

i was purchase my airtel sim card since 1996 in chennai, yesterday i miss my sim card, i complain to customer care he said, one ID Proof, one phooto subitted to near airtel showroom, i sent my Proof & photo he ask give me Rs. 200/- it is chennai number, i said customer care service dept person says give me Rs. 25/-. he said chennai number not accivated in my showroom. you go to chennai & activate your sim card. it is not a customer beaviour.
