dear sir, i am using airtel pre paid facility since long time, it was really good net wok compair to all other net works, even call charges, i was totally satisfied. but since few months it is making me dissappoint that there is no proper net work, no proper response from customer cares and calls disconected within few seconds and amount diducted immidiately etc. these all above complains are making me unhappy to correct all these what is the solution, shall i change the net work. ...
