I am using Airtel connection since 2year, but now i am not happy with response.
there is a problem regarding FHM-video
i did'nt activated this, still Airtel charge me everday for using this service .
till now they charged around 50rs.

I wrote an complaint regarding this subject, rather i did'nt got any favourable response.

please do something i dont want to loose connection with Airtel.

please do not send any service message to mobile [protected]. You have send sms to me that my account has been deducted with Rs.30 being auto cinema. Please cancel and credit the same to my account. PLEASE NOTE NOT SEND SUCH MESSAGES IN FUTURE. I SHALLBE COMPELLED TOTAKE UP THE MATTER WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES.

Sir,
1. while searching or trying to learn some facilities available in new modern NOKIA phone sets, one comes across SMS message from Airtel 54321 "thanks for downloading cricket T20" or "thanks for downloading "Office Challenger".I have been charged Rs 99/-for each of services mentioned above.I dont even know what it is.Cricket, i hate, why will i downlod it.Office Challenger, i dont know what it is.
2. I am sure other clients also must have faced similar situations.
3. If your system prompts that, "you are about to download such and such service and you will be charged Rs.../-.Do you want to download or not".It will help clients who are not well versed with advanced phone equipment.
4. I have been charged Rs.99/- each on my two numbers one prepaid [protected] (one post paid [protected] Rs.99/-charged under value added services).I want refund of Rs.99/- immediately as i have suspended all outgoing calls from [protected] till you refund my Rs.99/-.
5 I am also writing to Mohali office for refund of both post paid and pre paid bills.
6. Next point is very high %age of penalty on late payment of bills Rs.75/- on bill of Rs 500-600.BSNL charges Rs. 20 on bill of Rs 1000.
7. Roaming without roaming. I am living 3-4 KM away from panchkula in Haryana, i often get SMS "welcome to Himachal Pradesh", that means roaming without going to Himachal Pradesh.
8. These points are fit to be taken up with consumer court.This is nothing short o[censored]nfair trade practice.
9. I will request you to kindly improve the system so that no one is charged without knowing what he is paying for.Make sure your system prompts the price of value adde service before it is downloaded accidently or inadvertantly.This is leading to avoidable complaints/claims causing harrasment to your loyal clients for many years.
10. While living in Haryana you are charging me roaming without visiting Himachal.
11. kindly refund Rs 99/- each on my both tele numbers given below.

i have three mobile connections [protected], [protected] and [protected]. i cannot dial any landline falling under std code 05241. For example my home land line no is[protected]. This no will ring when dialled but sooner hand set is pickedup from the craddle it will cutoff. I have logged several complaints but nothing yielded yet. This is happening from Mar 09 onwards. Could you look in ? Moment I am out of Andhra, it is ok.

kindly confirm whether you have credited the amount of Rs.30 deducted from my mobile No.[protected] being the audio cinema. I have inform you that I do not reqire the service and requested youto credit the amount back to my account. i have received your sms also asking which service requires to be reactivated. Please note to do the needful at the earliest I have not received any reply from your end yet. Please note not to send any sms to me in regard to service charges.

My Airtel Prepaid No- [protected] purchased in the month of Oct 09 with a view to use it when ever I come to Chandigarh on leave, has been allotted to Mr Surinder Singla (of Machiwara, as per the person speaking on that Number). I do not understand as how this has been done and what is the remedy with me.

I am an old customer of Airtel since 2003 and when I moved to J&k in 2007 I again took a new No-[protected] and again want a New Airtel No when I come for 2 years in Chandigarh on 30 Jun 10.

Is this the way customers should be treated...?

Airtel Prepaid — Balance not credited to the Account

Dear Sir,
I am Kunal Chatterjee from Bhopal,M.P.
I have been a customer of Airtel Prepaid Mobile from the past 3-4 years wih my mobile no. being [protected].Recently,on 6th January,2010 I got a SMS from Airtel upon Balance Enquiry that if I recharge my account by Rs.27,thenn as an offer I shall have all my calls at Re.0.01/cal to Airtel & Re.0.012/cal to oher mobiles and also an added balance of Rs.24 in 48 hours.
But not getting the said balance, I called the Airtel Customer care on 8th Jan,2010. They asked me to wait for sometime before they credit the said balance. But still I didnt get the balance, and I called on 12th Jan,2010 again (Reference No.[protected]) for which they told that I'l get the balance on 14th Jan,2010 before 2.30pm,but still I didnt get the credit.
I again called somedays back but they arent responding or crditing my account as per the same plan.
Why is it dat they are deviating from their assured offer,why is it that these Telecom operators dupe us with their plethora of offers and then run away from their responsibility of looking into the matter and properly following the case.
Please arrange to take this matter, so that we the customers dont suffer at the hands of these telecom Operators.
