Airtel Prepaid — Unwanted Joke SMS

AS i do not want any jokes as SMS from Airtel prepaid (54542) though i sent Don't disrub SMS to 54542 , they didn't stop sending the jokes which on cost.

I am using a airtel no. [protected] for the last three years. From 31st of January 2010, my phone does not have the facility of outgoing or incoming facility. Due to it, as i am a businessman, it is very hard for me to manage the work. So please try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

1) I purchased Aircel SIM on 10/12/2009. Got No. [protected].
Paid Rs. 105/- plus Rs. 14/- for 3 days trial internet.
2) Recharged on 12/12/2009 by Rs. 98/- for one months internet.
3) Internet did not work in period 13/12/09 to 27/12/09 when I was in Hariyana near Chandigad.
4) On returning to Pune, I visited Aircel shop at Tilak Road, Pune. The Aircel Rep. could set-right the settings for internet, and it started working. It worked so long I was in Pune.
5) On 5th Jan’2010 I left Pune and went to Gujarat. Internet stopped working in that area although Aircel signal was strong. Every time I tried to connect Browser, it gave msg: “Unexpected failure”
6) After returning to Pune on 13th Jan.’2010, the Aircel signal also went off. (No use of phone also).
7) I thought that there may be server problem, and it will get corrected in a day or two.
But till today (31st Jan.2010) when I try to use phone with Aircel SIM, I find that Aircel signal is always zero. Using Aircel SIM for communication is stopped.
I am totally disappointed with Aircel.
9) Was the Aircel scheme which I purchased, was for a short period validity?
I understand that the Internet was for one month’s duration, and the SIM was for lifelong use?
10) As far as internet is concerned, I used it for checking my Emails only, that too when I was in Pune. Beyond Pune, the Aircel internet did not work. Therefore the question of consuming the charge given for internet use does not arise.
My phone was showing balance of Rs. 39/- before the Aircel signal going off around 13th Jan’10, so consuming the charge given for phone’s use also does not arise.

Will you please explain the above problem?
Since I was having SIM of other server, I could pull-on without Aircel’s service. Otherwise depending only on Aircel would have been a grave mistake.

If I do not get your explanation, I will assume that Aircel SIM is worth throwing into dustbin. Leave aside the internet; it is not reliable even to use it as a phone.
