I AM REQUESTING YOU PL ALLLOW USE MY LATEST NUMBER USE.[protected].NOW THIS NUMBER IS BLOCKED DUE TO PROXY FORM.ALREADY HAND OVER ALL PAPERS TO HOT SPOT TWO TIMES.

Dear SirDay before yesterday I have taken new sim of Air Tel from M/S Addrika, Basudevpur, Talpukur, Haldia-721602,Purbamedinipur.WB. Ph: [protected]/[protected] & ask them to connect net. They ask me to recharge Rs 70 for Rs 35 for one day Net service & remain for talk value. They also recharge it for Rs 70. I have one chinese mobile. But I could not get any net & balance is also showing negative Rs 7. The shopkeeper also lodge a complaint no. 46066900 to Air Tel service & Air Tel assure to refund the amount. But nothing is happened.Where should I lodge my complaint

I have recharged with 52 sms pack,According to this sms pack sms free(local,std)But after that also they are deducting the money.Its not only one tine in three months i face 2 times.even customer care supervisers are giving false information of refunding the money.They never refunded money and even they tokk 10 days time to resolve the problem.again after one month same problem.intentionally they are cheating people.My complain no is [protected] on 5th march 2010.Superviser from bangalore MR KIRAN gave the commitment of fixing the problem within 24 hr.but it did not happen.after 28hrs when I called airtel customer care they told it will take 5 more days time again with false commitment of refunding the money.so friends please beaware of the cheaters,check your balace frequentlty.(if it is the case in prepaid then just imagine how they are cheating in postpaid customers.) Airtel Pre paid is a disgusting service . I tried to avail the roaming service when I went out of my Circle for a few days . Whenever I tried to register for roaming, there used to deliver a message saying your request cannot be processed now . Pls try again later . They are fooling the people with bombastic offers which never work . I never thought such a Big operator will behave like a cheap crook to make a few bucks . Very sad . Better shift to Vodafone.

my self tejas chovatiya n i m using airtel prepaid card from last 3 year ([protected]).in betwean 3 year also i used this no in postpaid...in postpaid connection u gave me a good service but after converting this card into prepaid u have started ur service again...till date sometimes my outgoing and incoming call stoped...and also my costemer care service has been stoped from your side since last 3 days...so whenever i face the problem on that time it is being necessory to go your airtel shop...by it my time wasted and also the respond of care office is also like a beggar...they waited us to take turne because they busy to drinke a tea and do masti with eachother even costemer are awaited...when the multy network system come on that timt i wil first my connection into VODAFONE...
i hate airtel to provide a differnt differnt services to its post paid and prepaid coustmer...
i request them if they want to bcome a leader in telecom industry thry should change their attitude towords the prepaid cos...
