can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

all out going calls barred with in 10 day.my document submitted 15 days ago so please i requested to you un barred my sim.

Airtel Prepaid — AirTel ची १ पैसा पर सेकंद स्कीम चुकीची

मी AirTel Prepaid चा ग्राहक आहे. मी सध्यापर्यंत AirTel Prepaid ची Friends स्कीम वापरात होतो.
आता पर्यंत AirTel शी निगडीत कोणताही प्रोब्लेम आला नव्हता ,
परंतु १७ एप्रिल २०१० ला , कोणत्यातरी व्यक्तीने माझ्या AirTel No. वरती (+९१९८६००६०५२१) १ पैसा पर सेकंद चे recharge मारले, त्यामुळे माझी Friends स्कीम बंद झाली . ती पुन्हा चालू करण्यासाठी मी AirTel च्या Customer Care ला फोन केल्यानंतर त्यंनी Friends स्कीम पुन्हा चालू करण्यास नकार दिला.
त्यमुळे मी ऐर्टेल Gallary मध्ये जावून AirTel Hot line ला (९९९) फोन लावला, परंतु त्यांनी Complaint नोंदवण्यास नकार दिला, व स्कीमChange करता येत नाही म्हणून सांगण्यात आले.
AirTel ची १ पैसा पर सेकंद स्कीम चुकीची आहे कारण, कोणतीही व्यक्ती दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीची Friends स्कीम सारख्या स्कीम्स बंद पाडण्यासाठी १ पैसा पर सेकंद स्कीम चे Recharge मारू शकते, आणि त्याची Original स्कीम बंद पडू शकते, ऐर्टेल ने यासाठी काहीच Rights ठेवलेले दिसत नाहीत.
त्यामुळे ऐर्टेल ने ही १ पैसा पर सेकंद स्कीम मार्केट मधून कायमस्वरूपी बंद करावी आणि माझी Friends स्कीम पुन्हा Activate करून द्यावी.

Airtel — call rates withdraw without informing me by airtel

i m using airtel prepaid number and my call rates from startings were 30 p/m a2a and 1rp/m a2other mobiles and night pack 10p/m a2a but from last two days i am having problem of regular call rates now rates are 1rp/m a2allnd a2a and this terill activated on my number without informing me and when i take the number there was not any such kind of condition that company can withdraw ur terrifs on any time so kindly tell me how i can file a case about airtel in consumer court my number is [protected]

Airtel Prepaid — RECHARGED WITH RS.21 SMS PACK ON 29.03.2010 AT 6 PM. BUT STILL 50 PAISE DEBITTED WHILE SENDING SMS. 23.042010 12 P.M.

I had taken 21 RS recharge from Airtel earlier this month and its still debiting my money from sim at 50 Paise per SMS and I recharged again today thinking probably pack expired but still is debiting the amount. this has happened second time Mob No [protected]

My prepaid balance is getting deducted for a services which I never activated.

When I called to airtel call center they debited back amount which has been deducted and told me that all services have been deactivate.

but after few days again I same thing happen.

After talking to nodal officer of airtel I got very poor response.

They are not ready to accept tihere mistake. They are saying that I have activated the services and thats why they are charging for that.

On one hand they are saying its not there fault and on other hand they debited back my balance.

I am planning to go in consumer court now.

I have activated one scheme for SMS worth Rs. 102 giving facility of 500 SMS per day. Im Anithaa using prepaid connection [protected]. A month ago i was asked to submit my ID proof details to the nearest airtel centre but the connection im using now was taken by one of my friend's father and now we dont contact each other.. The connection was taken from Hosur airtel centre now i stay in chennai and its highly impossible for me to contact them now.. I tried explaining many times that i ve been using this number for the past 3 years ( i got a verification call as soon as i took the connection, i have given my details as well) and im ready to submit my ID proof but you are not accepting which leaves me highly disappointed and im completely dissatisfied with your services.. I need a way to change my prepaid connection to my name..

Airtel Prepaid — Very Poor Service of Airtel

I had converted my post paid connection to prepaid on Jan 9th 2010 in Airtel Porur Showroom Chennai,

although I have submitted all my documents and enrollment form at the time of conversion, still dirty airtel has deactivated my number saying that they haven't received my documents very strange question how does airtel showroom accept conversion application without proper documents, but still I submitted all documents again after which my number got activated.

After two month i.e. on 06/05/2010, I got a message from airtel that they haven't received enrollment form and they are going to deactivate my number.

What a service airtel is providing one time they will harass you by telling you haven't submitted documents and other time it says you haven't submitted enrollment form. Shame on Airtel and on Mr. Sunil Mittal whose organization is so poor that their inefficiency is passed on customers.

What a pity they never agree that they lost the doucments and they fight that I never submitted despite showing acknowledgement given by showroom.

It seems in future one has to take video and witness along with them to prove that airtel is wrong
