last month my TADKA LIVE autometically start & then i deactivate that ...but this month also the same thing happen..and i deactivate again...if this thng happen next month then i surely deactivate my number

Airtel Prepaid — Unnecessary Services Activation
Dear Sir/Madam,From past few days there is unnecessary balance cut from my account daily.....i haven't subscribed to any services provided by Airtel. There is a deduction of Rs 2 from my account daily. I am not able to talk to the customer care people.

Airtel is running a scam wherein they activate services on consumer's prepaid account and start deducting the charges (usually a small amount) without the customer's knowledge. This is usually a small amount which is not noticed by the customer. I am an Airtel consumer and I noticed that a charge was being deducted from my Airtel account. When I called up Airtel consumer care, they informed me that I had activated the following services : Picture Post and Jokes. According to them, these services were activated on July 1st and I was being charged daily until today, i.e. October 1st. I informed them that in the first place, I had not activated the service and in the second place, I was not even receiving the jokes and movie info that I was supposed to receive with these services. If I had been receiving these messages I would have realised that I was being charged for them and I would have instantly called to deactivate these services. This is not the first time this has happened to me. About 6 months back I had the same experience but at that time I received that messages that I had supposedly subscribed to, hence I became aware of the deduction and deactivated the service immediately. Their customer care executive informed me that apart from deactivating these services, he could not do anything regarding the amount that I had been fraudulently charged in the last three months. Though the amount is not a large one, I feel cheated and upset that a large company like Bharti Airtel has to resort to such a scam to make money off its customers.

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of Rs. 45
Respected Sir/Mam,I A U Sthita Pragna bearing number [protected] (Airtel Post Paid Sim Connection).
Today 03/10/2010 between 1pm to 2pm, I got a message from airtel telling I have been charged for Rs. 45 (Rs. 30 + Rs. 15) for caller tune activation that i had never been activated before. And after that there was a message regarding deactivate the same by dialling[protected] and i had deactivated immediately after receiving the message. I tried customer care, executive had listened and asked me to be on hold while He/She transfers to supervisor but it disconnected. After that I am trying them continuosly but no reply from there .
I request you to see to the matter immediately and refund me full money of Rs. 45 back. awaiting for your reply...........
