my airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected].
on 01.10.2010 my balance was rs. 38.98, when i check the balance on 07.10.2010, i was shocked when i see rs.00.00, in between i have not make any call/sms or use any othe services.

Airtel — prepaid mobile # 9740472530

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the services of Bharati Airtel after my interaction with their Nodel and
Appellate officers.I went to surrender my connection,but the official at the Vijayanagar Consumer Care
showroom refused to entertain my request saying there is no provision for surrendering a prepaid
connection, My validity will expire only by 2011 year end and do not want to wait that long.Please help

As i am using my airtel sim number past from 5 years and i have submitted all the documents,
now what ever calls i am getting it is showing unknown caller number.so please clear this complain
release the numbers.

Airtel Prepaid — Executives are not respected

Dear Sir,
If i call to raise a complaint for worst service the complaint no 198, the call was disconnected with the voice mail of " your call cannot be connected". After that if i call to121 within 3 mins they charged 1rupee. Customer service executives are speaking irresponsibly, floor incharger also. Getting irritated service. No toll free msg numbers are working.. Very bad experience.
