Airtel Prepaid — prepaid balance deduction

Dear Sir,

I am victim of airtel. i dont know how airtel takes their customer. we are using 5 air tel connection
in our family and i was the one who always recommend airtel to everybody.
but on the date of 18sept2010 in the evening my balance lost from 40 to nil.

I wanted to complaint but airtel is very smart when you will dial 123 you will not get the option of
customer care executive where you can launch your complaint.

seriously i m fed with air tel i will swich my number very soon.

It is worth mentioning that there has been outgoing service in that number. no problem in balance. please see to it.

Dear Sir,

Today the 19/09/10, I had 1 paisa per second scheme over my Airtel numbers and had balance of approx. INR 85.00 in the afternoon. But between 5.30 to 6.30 PM suddenly i started to recieve the messages of reduced balances and INR 85 reduced to INR 68 within few minutes. I lodged the complaint with Airtel Customer Care but to no avail. I was given complaint number 467171 for my mobile no.[protected]-M. But again in the nigh around 10.40 Pm i was debited around INR 13. Now again i informed customer care but could not be rectified except confimation of my earlier lodged Complaint. I'm fed up of this thing.

Nearly a month ago also i was reduced INR 70 to 0 balance, but then i thought they must be my childrens and must have done something wrong. But this time i'm not ready to let it go this time and fight them and do every thing to advertise this wrong doing by AIRTEL. This is amounting to theft.

If possible and anybody does care about these theft, kindy help me out.

Airtel Prepaid — Charged for ringtones twice (10th Sept & 20th Sept 2010) which was never requested

Hi,

I am Kausik Chakrabarti and my cell number is [protected]. I am a dilligent Airtel Customer for mobile services as well as DTH services. I have been observing deduction of amount from my prepaid balance of mosince last 4 months time. As I don't keep a record of the same it is difficult for me to track the amout against the instances.

On 10th Sept-2010, I received an SMS stating that Rs10/ has been deducted as a ringtone charges (Some value added service) which I never opted for. I ususally do not pay attention to the SMSs. Yesterday (19th September-2010) while going through the unread SMSs I found the one and called 198 for the reversal of the amount. The customer service officer was unable to reverse, though he has stated, that he has set a note in the system, that I won't receive similar sms or no deduction will also happen in future. I wanted to talk to his Supervisor for the reversal, but he carefully disconnected the call.

Today, (20th September-2010), I ahve received the same SMS again and Rs 10/- has been deducted agsin for the same service which I have never opted/ availaed. Instead of raising the alerts as complaint, the service provider Bharti Airtel Limited is unable to stop this malpractice.

Insisting for a quick action by reversal of the amount deducted on 10th and 20th September-2010 and apologize for repeating the same mistake again.

Sir,
I am your customer for last 3 years I am using 3 connection from our airtel prepaid.
Last month I recharge 100 rs booster for A to A 10ps scheme in cuddalore retailer shop .
The retailer told its one day offer for one year booster so I will do it .. so many customer also put the booster …..
But I am lived in puducherry so I will try to recharge another number for same booster in same day . but the airtel showroom person told this kind of booster offer is not avail .
So I am contact our customer care 4 times but that customer care person not give the proper solution and also contact the next level . still I never got any solution for that problem . why the retailer told this kind of offer is avail it’s a fraud and bad for our service.
So kindly please refund 100 rs talk time form my prepaid numbers….
