Airtel Prepaid — not recharging
I have a karnataka prepaid number of airtel. I am in andhra pradesh (roaming) and i recharged for RC 360.The amount is not being added to my acount even though the message recharge succesful was recieved my the person recharging my phone, even though my phone has not recieved such a message. The code for this recharge[protected].i am unabe to contact customer care as it says account balance is low, even though customer care is supoosed to be free

without any subscription u have charge the fee of astroglogy service pack. I want return my money other wise I go to TRAI Office to complaint against airtel.

your executive calling me and said that we transfer your deduct amount as soon as possible.
but after that you not transfer the amount which you deduct for astro service pack. which service I'm not subscibe so plz return the amount which you deduct on my account. other wise I need to take action against you....

Airtel Prepaid — Cell No allotted to someone else
I was using Airtel prepaid service since 4-5 years, and my no is. [protected]. Now since 2-3 Months I was not using it because of my mobile was damaged. Now I put the sim into the mobile it was unable to register on the network and now there are no incoming and outgoing facilities. Later I knew that my no is allote to someone else. My no have still validity upto 2021. my airtel no [protected] is baard(Incoming & Outgoing also) at 24th december. i allready submitted the re document to Airtel office at Sahara Mall Gurgoan Office. but i am not able to use the phone. many time called to Customer Care but he says no. all ready activeted but i am not able to use till time.

I am Lt Col Jagjit Singh from the Indian Army. I got posted from Delhi to Pathankot. I retained my Delhi Airtel No [protected] since all my near and dear ones call on it. To avoid hassles, I got it recharged for approximately Rs 5, 000/- before moving to Pathankot. To my horror, the Airtel Number stopped working after some time. On my interaction with the local Airtel office at Pathankot, I was asked to resubmit my identity proof at Delhi only. On getting leave, I did the needful and was issued a duplicate sim card which I was told would activate after 7 days. But it did not. I am at a loss of words and fail to understand how my hard earned money has been looted by Airtel in addition to gross deficiency in services.
I would request you to kindly reactivate my Delhi Airtel Number [protected] at the earliest. If there is some technical hitch, kindly transfer the balance amount to the new Airtel number [protected] which I was forced to buy at Pathankot.

my balance was deducted without approval and knowledge ........some add on services are activated and balance was deducted without permission ........take urgent actions

I am using prepaid mobile bearing No [protected] in Goa . I had twice told the service provider not to send messages and promotional phone calls but still I am getting which irritate me. some of the message deduct the balance even though it is not being subscribed. If the concerned person do not take any step than I will have no other option but to closed the service.
sir i use airtel prepaid with the number [protected].i lost my sim card two years before. now i came to know that somebody else is using it .please provide a solution for this.
