Airtel Prepaid — Interruption in GPRS service
Sir,I was having a prepaid GSM connection with the AIRTEL ([protected]) which was used solely for net surfing and not for making any calls. I opted for the easy charge option for 1year paying Rs 1999/- at the local agent. After 6m the company stopped the service to the SIM when I was having an account balance of about Rs50, saying that I did not make the necessary recharge in the prepaid account. Please not that I was not using the connection for making voice calls or SMS since this I took the connection only for GPRS and I had another connection with BSNL.The costomer service rep. did not have any solution for the problem and as a result I lost around Rs1000/- on this account.

Airtel Prepaid — Unhelpful staff & improper billing
I have been using airtel mobile for some years now - and, aprart from the reckless cutting of balance, am satisfied with the service. However, since some days, I am experiencing that the customer care executives are being very unhelpful, curt and keeping customers on hold for 11 to 12 minutes until finally we cut the call. Once they have answered our call, what do they become so busy with for keeping us on hold, that too, without even asking our mobile number!Without my requesting, some useless services like beachbabes, sizzling whatsoever, etc. are being added to my service and balance is religiously cut everyday. Moreover, they inform me that I have myself asked for it! I got to know just now (obviously, from some other source) that even if you OPEN an SMS, you automatically get subscribed to the service!!
When I call to complain, I am made to feel insulted and as if they are doing me a favour by taking the trouble to answer my call. Anyway, immediately I am put on hold for 5-6 minutes and then they come on line to ask my mobile number! What were they doing for so long? I am again put on hold for 7-8 minutes and finally, I have to cut the call because, there is work to be done, unlike the executives at the Airtel Customer Care Centre.
Please can someone look into this matter seriously - at least about improving customer care responses and subsciption methodology? That is, if they want customers to hold on to Airtel service.

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of money by activating services without my knowledge
i am an airtel prepaid user since two to three years , but from last two months airtel has started deducting moneys by activating services which i didnt even asked for. after too many complaints also the money deducted was not refunded to me. even contacting to the executive of customer care i was not even given the complaint numbers.the customer care executives are not helpful and even i asked them to connect me to their senior executive they refused to do so. im veryhelpless now please provede me some solution tomy problem.brijesh kumar,

Airtel Prepaid — ILLEGAL BALANCE DEDUCTION
It is to inform anyone from airtel so called " SCAMTEL" thati have got three airtel numbers and this ScamTel is been robbing me for more than last three years . once i activated GPRS service on my mobile number [protected] for one onth and then i sent a msg to stop it . i have got the msg that " my service has been stopped and i wont be charged Rs 299 anymore", then one month past with any trouble and then the next month i was charged Rs 299 for GPRS, this thing didnt stop for like 5-6 months and in the mean time i called customer care so many time and they said " Sir we didnt start this service , you must have sent any msg from your side". finally when i told them that i am gonna sue ur LAME company., they finally refunded my amount which was near about 1500.
Now for few months first they charged me Rs 1 per day for more than one month and when i got to know that i have been robbed again by this Bull Company , i called customer care( which is now paid service if u call in) i was charged rs 3 for that custoer care call And i was refunded Rs 6.
Then again After 10-15 days this HEAD COMPANY again put some cricket alert on all my three cell numbers ( [protected], [protected], [protected] ) And start to robbing me again . When i called customer care I was charged some money and got refund for last 72 hrs charges.
Now the latest one ---- i got to know on 6th January that this SCUM BAG COMPANY has put some RANBIR KAPOOR PACK on my number [protected] and has been roobing my rs 1 per day since the Dec 19 2010 and when i called in the customer care , these HEADS refunded me ONLY RS 3 .
AND yeah not to mention that have been registered at NDNC .
IN case case any LOOSER from AIRTEL reading this i have two words for you "" SCREW YOU""
And to all my fellow Citizens . Please Switch to any other Service Provider !
