[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

Respected Sir,
I am a customer of your service since 6 year bearing my Mobile Number [protected] but unfortunately service to the said number has been stopped though i have deposited all my documents twice.
So i reguest you to give service to the said number.My complete address is given below

I am a senior citizen. I hold Airtel prepaid number [protected].on 27th january, i was charged Rs.30/- for subwapactress service - a service which i had not requested for. When i call the help line for refund of the same Rs.30/-, i was connected to the Airtel executive, who after listening to my plea assured connecting to the senior officer & kept me on hold for almost 4 minutes & than the line got disconnected. i was also charged for these calls

THIS HAPPEN FOR 3 TIMES.

After becoming frustrated with this poor service of helpline?, I am forwarding this complaint to you.

Sir, i am using Airtel prepaid no. [protected] in United State with roaming but for the last one month there is neither incoming calls and SMS nor outgoing calls and SMS. my present balance is above Rs.800/-. please rectify and activate it as soon as posible.

I am working in dubai and always carry one airtel number [protected] with me for last two year. But last month they disconnected my number without any information. on inquiry they said that i have not recharge my number for 3 months, so they disconnected the number, even though Rs 10 have been always deducted on every ten days for sports news subscription. As i have given this number to all as my permanant contact number, so this number is important for me. Please help to get this number activated for me again. THANKS

i am new airtel prepaid member since 25th Nov OK. My mobile no is [protected] from the second day onwards i am getting anonymas SMS women inviting foe other service and many, many business SMS like property sale, invest money (WELL KNOWN NIGRO MSG) AND SPEAK ENGLISH THIS THAT.

THIS ALL MUST BE STOP.

Since i am NRI i was not awere of which no to be dialled register for stopping such non sense SMS.

i am applied for mnp from your network to other network but it is rejected. the rejected message is "your monile no. is [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons -bsnl" please tell us what is the leagal reasons/

I am govind, using your airtel prepaid connection with number [protected].you says that you provide us roaming facility but whenever i step out of kolkata not even a single tower is available to me n i m very sorry to say this but you don't provide any kind of facility to my number as stated above.as soon as i stepped out of city my airtel number is of no use...my number is 4 yr old.so please suggest me what to do.

My airtel No is [protected] and i put message card only 2 days before.but mes is not going from my number i dont know wat problem exist in my No. because before 2 months also same problem and i complaint to customer care there is no response. after some time it works but again the problem prevails . I am dont want to change from Airtel but want to clear the problem very soon. Thank you
