can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel Prepaid — Forced deduction for not requested services.

Can you pl advise on Getting forced debit by Air Tel back. Details of subject are below in mail sent to Air Tell "appellate.[protected]@airtel.in" on 6th March 2011.
I received auto reply of we wil revert in 3 working days, however no action from Air tell is communicated.

Even after sending a reminder only reply is we will revert in 3days.

Dear Sir / Madam

Refer my call to 121 Air Tell heldesk & discussions with person on 06 March 2011.

We faced 2 debits from Air Tel

1. Rs 30 on about 7th Feb for Air Tel Radio Services.
2. Rs 20 on Sony comedy service.
3. I do not know how much deduction is made more than this since Jan 2011

We had never asked for these services & have never confirmed need by SMS or by call by our own to AirTel.

Airtell representative confirmed Rs 20 which was debited is now credited. However other debit of Air Tel Radio or any other cannot be credited as it is more than 24 hours.
Similar problem had happened couple of months back & your representative that time confirmed all such forced services will not be received on my no., do not dial activated.

My complaint
1. Why I have started getting these disturbing mail again
2. I need status of list of deductions for such not required & requested services since 1st jan 2011.
3. I need Refund of all such debits done by Air Tel for AirTel Radio or any other such services. since 1st jan 2011.

It is frustrating to get such unwanted disturbances repeatedly.

Your prompt reply & refund of forced unwanted services can only keep me AirTel Customer in future.

Airtel Prepaid — SIM Not Activated

Hello.

This is with respect to disappointing airtel customer service i have experienced.

My mother had lost her AIRTEL SIM card last week, so we have blocked the SIM card and applied for a duplicate SIM card bearing mobile number [protected] by submitting all necessary documents at the airtel relationship center. I was told that the SIM will be activated within 4 hours but its already been 24 hours but to no use.

And the airtel customer service is so bad that i tried calling prepaid customer service number [protected] and the executive instead of helping me had disconnected the call after listening to my query as to why its not activated still.When i tried to call again, there was no option for me to select "Speak to customer executive" when i dialled 121 for help.

What kind of service is this for customers???
Im deeply disappointed and i request the authorities to please look into customer satisfaction and help customers in their queries.I request you to please help me in this regard.

Airtel Prepaid — VAS activated without my consent

My airtel number is [protected]

Today morning I got this sms:
Your Airtel Friendz Chat service has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days. Dial 543216 to WIN diamond ring and chat with new friends at Rs2/min

My balance was depleted of Rs. 30. I have NEVER activated or even used this stupid Friendz chat service and don't know what it is. Calling customer care center is of no use, always it says "There is temporary congestion in the network".
This is pure daylight robbery on the part of Airtel. They are forcing upon their stupid VAS on customers who do not want them. Over the top, their customer care number is chargeable. This is fraud.

Please solve my complaint. If it is not solved, I would really look at the options of MNP.

Dear sir, I am a subscriber of airtel prepaid bearing number [protected]. For the last 10 days or so, all incoming messages to my number are barred. My friends and relatives complain that they have sent several SMSs to me from their mobiles but I have received none of them.
