Airtel Prepaid — Lost complete calling balance

Respected Sir,
My name is Rohit Kumar Nair, from Banswara(Rajasthan).
I have 2 airtel prepaid sims nos are: 1. [protected]., 2.[protected]. Iam a regular user of internet service from airtel, i was using my first number for internet uses and not a single problem occured during its usage, due to some reason i had to give my first number to my father and i used the second number. on 22/2/2011 i have recharged my second number with Rs.110/- calling balance recharge and Rs. 98/- internet recharge and i started using internet.on 23/2/2011 i found that my calling balance(approx. Rs.96/-) is zero. in this period i hav not even called anyone. please take necessary action.

my name is Bharat Bhushan Sharma, using your air tel prepaid cell no. [protected] and my DND service acivate since last 6 month but without no.sms came in my mobile. i wrote a complaint to air tel customer service last 28 jan 2011. complaint is CDRGP[protected]. I recevied a sms from airtel on dated[protected] at 10:11 AM following massage wrote in this sms.
"the defaulting telemarketer belong to another operator. your complaint has been forwarded to them for neces"
i recevied again same sms on dated 17 feb2011 but telemarketer sms not stop in my above no.
and i m very strange that no number display of these sms only display BUSINESS, LM etc word. and in last it write pl do sms 53030.
customercare of airtel said to me on dated 28 jan 2011 that this type of sms will be stop from 10feb2011
SO. PLEASE STOP THIS TYPE OF SMS ( TELEMARKTING TYPE SMS OR WITH OUT NO.)

I have airtel prepaid connection for past 5 years and nowdays they deduct charges for yahoo zone and games download etc rs 10 & 3 for regular intervals and i have not care initialy but it was prolonging then i felt it was wrong and noticed and make a complaint to the customer care officers nearly 4 times but they not taking any seroius action this will again continue and toay i called the customer care officer one Mr Raju on 24.02.11 5.45 pm and shouted he never acept their mistakes and he always disconnect the line without my concern

i got my airtel no recharged by Rs.62 on 22-02-11 to avail the service of free messages. But till date no such service is activated on my No.[protected]...My Balance has also been deducted regularly for the messages sent through my no..kindly look into the matter and activate message pack on my no and also return the balance which was wrongly deducted..

Airtel Prepaid — no connection

i am dr pankaj goyal from delhi, pitampura. bought a prepaid connection [protected] around three weeks back. u people disconnected the number and on enquiry i was asked to submit my documents again .i submitted all fresh copy of documents to ur office in sector 3 rohini in front of m2k rohini and was assured thr connection in two days. but it was still not functioning after 4 days and i went to that office agsin- i was told it will be on in ten min - no connection again ,i went again-i was told it will be on in an hour- again not functioning, next day again i went twice and i was told arrogantly that they have done there job and they do not know why it is not on and they have sent the mail and they can not do anything more. i tried on ur [protected] customer care several times and every learned person there told me that they have not recieved my documents and can not help me and asked me to wait for connection to senior who never picks up the phone-i tried all nodal officers numbers but they all are too busy to pick my unimportant call- waisted whole day on ur stupid connection which i could have utilised in treating my patients- feel like changing to other network- but told that it will be possible after 3 months of current provider usage. approaching u is like like breaking head with walls. u r big gods sitting somewhere and nowhere and we are big to see ur adds and try ur services. nobody is answerable from ur side. this mail also will be of no use i am sure- but after this much trauma i will ensure some legal action to ur company.

Yesterday I had make a call to your customer care at 198 and requested to stop the messages from cricket world cup and automatically deduction of charges, but still my problem is not solved, if you are not able to solve our problems pl told me and i am not able to continue the services with you.You have very poor customer care services .My mobile no is [protected]

dear sir my self mohit from panipat haryana, my incoming call facility is unavialable, and my message is not sended the error on sending sms is try agian, i complaint this for three times but there is no any action till now. please resolve this problem.

Airtel Prepaid — illegal balance deduction

Sir, I have been using Airtel number, I have recharged my number with tariff of Rs.62 for sending free national messages but still for the last 5days my msgs r chargeable from my main balance which is absolutely unfair n cheating. I tried to complaint abt ths problem but no executive tried to listen with patience or solve this problem.
I request u to plz look at it n rectify this n also my balance should be given back to me.
