Airtel - prepaid — cricket score
Airtel Pre-paid Mobile Number: [protected]Cricket alerts have been automatically subscribed for this number and I keep receiving alerts from[protected] and I am being charged Rs. 3/- per day. However, I still keep receiving the alerts which is very disturbing and also money gets deducted.
I tried reaching out to customer care on 121 but did not find any option to talk to a customer representative, just some IVR messages.
Also, wrote to customer care at [protected]@airtel.in but still no action has been taken.
I request these alerts to be de-activated immediately and stop deducting money from the pre-paid account.

This is Muruganantharaj.R My contact number is [protected].For the past 1 year i am using this airtel number.For the past 1 week i am facing so many problems with your network.The major problem is
1). You oftenly charged paise without any reason also without my knowledge.
2). There is no proper response from your customer care.
3). They avoid my call by disconnect the line with the last message of "thanks for contact airtel".It repeats 3 to 4 times.I have that callers names too.
4). The main thing is "from my mobile the 198 call facility is not going" I feel very shame of this i didnt expect such a poor response from you and i am waiting for proper response for this mail ASAP. Otherwise i will give a oral complaint to all airtel team.

Ek Hafte se jyada din hone ke baad bhi yah abhi tak yah abhi tak activate nahi hui hai.
main aapke customer care par kai baar phone kar chuka hun, lekin koi santoshjanak jwab nahi mila hai...
Mujh se kaha gaya ki jisse aapne sim kharidi hai usse sampark karo(vah mere office se 16 K.M. door hai) mai uske paas gaya to usne kaha ki mai phone kar chuka hun usne mere samne bhi phone kiya kaha gaya ki jaldi hi activate ho jayegi..
Jab phir nahi hui to maine kal phir coustmer care me phone kiya to kaha gaya ki local airtel center par jao.

Airtel Prepaid — Deactivation of Outgoing call because of the documents produced
About 10 days back I got a new airtel prepaid number - [protected], and had produced a copy of my driving license and voter ID card as part of the documents. I am basically from Bangalore, but have come to Mumbai for now for 1 year. All the documents produced pertains to the Bangalore address. I also hold a airtel postpaid Bangalore connection from past 8 yrs now (it's been the same number from past 8 yrs !)Recently my outgoing call has deactivated stating the reason to be insufficient documents produced, and my service provider - Mobile Store, Powai is not responding for the query and is has just let me know to wait for few days... Airtel CC has asked to get in touch with my service provider for the same. Airtel being the same provider all over India i guess the background verification can also be done using my Bangalore number. Can you let me know what is the way for me to activate my outgoing call at the earliest.

Sir,I have ported my no from realiance to airtel. It almost have been 4 days but my no is not working, i have been trying to call customer care, but they are also not responding. Due my office i m not able to go to airtel office for filing the complain, but after submitting all the documents why my no is not working.
