I am Santosh Bachal and my prepaid mobile number is [protected].
Two weeks back, I lost my mobile and so I blocked my mobile number. Now I have submitted all the releavant documnets and form along with Rs75/- for restarting my mobile number to Airtel Gallery, Ram Maruti Road, Thane. I got new sim form Airtle and the lady from gallary informed me that number will be started within 1 hr. Now even after three days mu number has not started.
I can not make any outgoing call or receive any incoming call.
Please help me.,

you can't view prepaid bills.. there is no option for that.. in case of any urgent situation the company can issue by the advice of Police and they issue to Police station only.

Last year I lost my mobile so that the sim. About 6-8 months I applied for duplicate sim. Which I got from Airtel by submitting my address & id proof. But from 25 days my no. is not working bcoz of wrong address verification according to Airtel. I went to dealer from where I got that duplicate sim that the address which is showing against my mobile is of some body else. This why the no. is not working. Pls help me in this bcoz they are not helping me and also harrasing me mentally and physically.
